This can't be a 5 stars hotel.
The mattresses are so worn out, both mattresses in my room sag in the middle. I got bug bites. I've requested to have the sheets changed but it didn't seem happened.
There's a eyesore dirty stain on the floor in the middle of bathroom. Anyone who walks in would have seen it right away.
On my 1st day of check-in, all the 300-ml bottles for shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, etc. were less than 1/4 filled. Does it cost too much to fill up all the bottles? I felt like I was re-using all these stuff from the previous guests. On the 3rd day which was also my last day of staying, all the bottles were empty; they didn't fill up any of the bottles, and the cleaning people did clean the room every day, what did they do?
The only good thing about this hotel is the front desk staff and doorman are nice and helpful.
