"Great hotel for business travellers"

"Great location nice full english breakfast, great host. Perfect location for canal side walks to Attenbrough centre. "

"Plenty of parking, room nice and quiet. Mattresses were comfy but the single beds felt very narrow also the legs of the bed were angled out and because of the dark colour too, a few stubbed painful toes! Food was a bit on the pricey side £8 for a portion of sweet potato fries! Breakfast was nice, enough choice. And the shower was nice and powerful. "

"Staff at check in were not proactive which led me to returning to the front desk three times before accessing my room. The hotel is being renovated, so there is dust and barriers all over the place. There are no USB chargers in the room, or plug sockets near the bed, which is challenging for charging devices. The staff at the bar/restaurant were more interested in doing anything but serving. The swimming pool/changing room was grubby. All in all a very disapointing visit."

"My only problem is the check in process, staff wasn’t professional, wasn’t friendly at the beginning but force a smile later on, not looking at guest when speaking to them , no greeting from staff to guests, no explaining the arrangements for breakfast. Been to many different hotel around the world, this is the worse."

"There’s plenty of free parking and I was visiting a friend in the Queens medical centre it was a short 11 minute walk."

"We only had 1 night but we left wishing we could stay. The flat was lovely and clean and had everything we could want. The bed is super comfy. Bathroom was a good size shower was excellent. Check in was so easy. I met the gentleman and his 2 lovely boys and was sorry we didn’t see them when we left. Highly recommend."

"Pleasant staff, beautiful setting. Great breakfast. Nice, deep bath and appreciated the kettle and china cups and saucers with tea and coffee in room. Nice linens. Quiet."

"Nice standard aparthotel with basic cooking facilities, including a two ring hob and microwave that did much more if you have the know how. Dishwasher but only one tablet! Parking needs visit to Reception and very tight small spaces underground. Well located for centre. Free coffee and tea in tap along with breakfast croissants."

"Absolutely perfect for a weekend break- room and facilities spotless, and location is right in the middle of the city minutes from Hockley and great food/bars. Check-in online takes a few minutes and then you’re sent an electronic code to access property. Will definitely be returning. "

"​I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding our stay from May 15th to 17th, 2026. What was meant to be a relaxing family retreat resulted in severe distress, unacceptable hygiene failures, and unexpected financial costs. ​Upon a late check-in on Friday, our room was infested with moths and insects crawling on the carpet. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and professional, doing their absolute best to reassign us to the 7th floor. Disappointingly, this second room suffered...

"Good location. Nice spacious rooms & bathrooms and we had a great patio. Only downside is the carpet (bit worn) would rather have hard surface."
