"The apartment was great, close to shops, and food. However when l went out for coffee early in the morning the neighbourhood was very dirty and seemed a little sketchy."

"Firstly the property itself is Lovely and the out door space is great you cant fault the views. the house has every thing practical you will need for your stay however it was missing just a few small things that would make it even better and give the stay more of wow factor and that is simply out door lights with such beautiful views for me it was missing evening lights it was very dark at night apart from a dim lit red and green light over the garden tub. it was missing Solar lights over the...

"This a sizeable property and well placed for easy access to Beach, Town and shops. It has 5 bedrooms including a downstairs bedroom and en-suite. Some updating needed of facilities which has been fed back. However, this was a great success as it’s very hard to find suitable accommodation for people with mobility issues and I was staying with my parents who are 88 & 89 respectively. "Clean room, tons of space, friendly staff, great location, no complaints at all. Only area of improvement is the parking situation, both how limited it is (understandable due to the area) and the fact it is chargeable, outside of that an outstanding hotel which we will definitely visit again."

"We stayed here while attending a day course at River Cottage HQ. It was well-equipped and very clean as well as being handy for the course. It's quite small but very cosy and everything works."

"The house is generally functional but to us it felt a little 'tired' inside. Other visitors may not take the same view of course.The bathroom has a full size bath where a walk-in shower would be much more convenient. The shower cubicle is tiny for anyone of average size. The kitchen is the best room, with all utensils, gadgets and appliances that would be required for a short term stay. The garden is nice with practical garden furniture. "The house is in a perfect spot for walking into Sidmouth or through the beautiful Byes. Well equipped with very comfy bed although sofas could do with an upgrade. Only downside is parking can be tricky but we would stay here again when coming to Sidmouth."

"Quiet, peaceful location with amenities close to hand just the place for a relaxing week. Property is very well equipped and the secluded garden at the back a bonus."

"Perfect venue for a cosy week catching up with friends, we had been looking for somewhere large enough for all 10 of us to get together, play board games and have a film night! This was perfect! The dining table accomodated us all, as did the sofa! We also did all our own cooking and found the kitchen to be well equiped, (far more so than some professional kitchens weve used!) Will definitely be keeping this saved for future catch ups!!"

"We had a lovely stay at this property, privacy and peace, which was just what we were looking for, only sorry that we couldn't stay longer! The cottage was excellent, with everything you need for a short stay, and very well equipped. There was fresh bread, milk, jam, Lurpak (my preference), and even some locally made biscuits, which were lovely, all provided by our Host Ruth, thank you Ruth. We will be booking again!"

"We werent familiar with this area but we were happy when we arrived as we were so close to everything.There is a small balcony out the back with a view of the sea. We could see the park dean resort out off the window wich had swimming and other facilities open to the public.My wife and i stayed with our 2 year old daughter, they had made a bed up for us in the lounge which was nice.
