"The room was compact but clean and comfortable; however its position on the ground floor at the front of the hotel meant that the busy road was just a pavement width from the window and the road noise was loud, intrusive and constant. "Clean and very friendly staff. Unfortunately was a noisy stay. My room looked over the pub garden and the windows are old sash windows with a poor seal, so I could hear the pub garden revellers until closing."
