"The hotel was clean however the housekeeping never came to clean room during my 2 night stay. After coming back after business after dinner was too tired to have it serviced. Additionally I booked since the spa and pool but not in service the entire stay. I reported this upon checkout and was only told sorry. "It was a convenient location with pool and ex room. However, room was not clean. The top of the bed cover was stained and dirty. They have a new policy that if you stay for more than one night, they do not automatically offer to provide room service without asking for it. When asked for additional towels, the staff member stated that someone should have told you at check-in. For the money paid, it was not worth it."

"Central location, 5 min walk to main train station, secure with after hours and elevator key access required. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was not large but was sufficient and comfortable. Nice rainfall shower. Lights over the sink could be brighter. Large TV. Maid attended to the room every day and replaced the towels. Minibar and safe in the room. Robes and umbrella available in the large wardrobe."

"We did a one night stay at the Hampton as it was a convenient stop over on our larger trip. The hotel was easy to get to off of I-90, though the parking situation was unclear when we arrived as the area in front of the hotel was full. We were able to go around the block and pull up in front of the hotel for valet parking (which is pricey! $55 per night!) and unload. Check in was smooth and the room was nice and clean.
