"This is our third time staying here. The property is charming and unique. It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. "

"Aloft was wonderful. It’s a little tricky to find. You have to pull into the parking lot, then take 1 bank of elevators up to the lobby. Then there is a separate bank of elevators to your room. Valet parking is $40. Self parking is $26 for 24 hours. We were just there for the night so it was $13 for us. If you do self park you pay every time you go in and out of the garage. "The location of this hotel really cannot be beaten. If you are looking to be in the downtown area without the headache of parking downtown and the astronomical pricing, this is the hotel for you as its just a short drive to downtown Cleveland. Our room was clean and comfortable and we liked that there was free hot coffee, muffins, Danish, fruit, yogurt etc. in the morning. Free WIFI and parking was great as well. This will be my go to hotel anytime I need to be in the Cleveland area. "

"The staff is the most friendly staff on the planet! If I could, I would give the staff 20 stars. Our room was amazing with a view of the public square at night. The square has a sort of light show at night. We had breakfast in the restaurant and the food was delicious. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The hotel is right in the center of everything so there is a lot to do in walking distance. We walked to dinner at the House of Blues. We loved our stay. Our only complaint is it is expensive to...

"The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly … the original hardwood floors in our room were beautiful and the original elevators added a unique touch to our stay.. had a great night sleep between the comfortable bed and the quiet of our room… we will definitely stay here again"
