"I booked this hotel months in advance as I was travelling from another country. The hotel called me the day of my arrival (6 hours before check in) and told me they’re cancelling my room because they over booked the hotel. The person on the phone was extremely rude and gave nothing but attitude towards me while I was trying to figure out my next move as I was in the middle of my travel to this location. "Stayed one night. The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom was dated and could use an upgrade. Not a bad stay, decent selection for the hot breakfast."

"Hands down the best pre-flight stay. Clean, friendly, and convenient."

"Room was clean except for a huge stain on the bedsheet. The sheet was clean, but the stain was disturbing. Staff, especially in the morning were excellent. My husband and I flew in on a Wednesday night, and the shuttle picked the rest of my family up in the morning and brought them to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again if the stained sheet gets addressed."

"Housekeeping was up and down the corridor, opening and closing doors with no regards to guests trying to sleep in. We understand that they have work to do but yelling at one another throughout the corridor, letting doors slam behind them while entering/exiting rooms was very unpleasant"

"I stayed in the Damon room. It was very well kept and inviting. The room was clean and the amenities were appreciated. Parking was off street in a secure lot. The mansion was in a nice area that felt safe. I would certainly recommend this Inn to others. I look forward to visiting again."

"The hotel was newer. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Small rooms but still fine. The breakfast wasn't the greatest, but was ok. Eggs, sausage were cold. The pancake machine was on the fritz. Not a lot of choices, but again it was sufficient. We ended up going out to eat breakfast on our last day. Numerous restaurants around the area along with Starbucks and Dunkin."

"I did like the stay just my room was not cleaned there was no disturbed sign day 2 and 3 even though my stay was for shopping and there was 2 big garbage bags with boxes overall the breakfast was excellent Carol who was serving the breakfast was extremely excellent thank you for being attentive and also the front desk team as well. Will be staying their again."

"Do not pay for this facility. It is not worth the money. It clearly photographs well. But when you get there, you're welcome by the smell of what I'm assuming is mold. Very underwhelming experience. Quite a letdown. The room was dirty, multiple stains everywhere, including the sheeting we're supposed to sleep on. The shocker is how the towel rack fell apart as we were taken off a towel. It was barely hanging and closet door handles were swinging and broken. Human hair was stuck to the walls of...

"Our stay was terrible. We were on the second floor and there mice in the room!!! Just awful!!"

"Desk clerk was very helpful and supplied extra pillows when requested. Room quiet and comfortable. The TV channel guide was missing and I did not receive my wake-up call, but I had set my alarm on my phone just in case. Shuttle was great!"

"The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The overall room was basically “you get what you pay for” kind of thing. The bathroom had random wholes in the wall. The shower curtain was dirty and the sink was too. The faucet was leaking as well. All the light switches were filthy so I assume the one in the bathroom had poop on it. I wouldn’t stay again. I suggest traveling with Clorox wipes, Lysol and gloves which is what I always do."

"No Air conditioner or heat. Called three times and was told maintenance was on way. Never happend . Toilet was also broke. No hair dryer in room as stated . Elevators were pretty scary ."
