"Our room was filthy! And when I called to the front desk as soon as I noticed everything, I was told there was nothing that could be done. She stated, all rooms were booked and she would leave me a card with the managers information to speak with her on Tuesday! This was a Friday when we checked in. The woman on the phone was very nice and apologized for not being able to do anything. I took pictures of everything. They have the time to show they were taken within 20 minutes of us checking in....

"I walked in the room. It was filthy dirty. Someone had slept in the bed. It was disheveled. The linens were dirty. It smelled like cigarette smoke and it’s a non-smoking room. The window was wide open. There was cockroaches on the headboard and on the wall I turned around and left as soon right after I walked in. I did not stay here. "

"Since i paid for the room thru Expedia and there was an issue with not only my check in but there was no working hot water, i would expect Expedia to reimburse me for my one night stay ($79) instead of offering me $20 OneKey cash points. Red Roof has offered me their own points (over 6K) for the inconvenience. I don't travel much at all as I can't afford it. I would expect better. "

"Opened the room door and immediately left. The smell was horrible. There was a barking dog in another room. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever walked into. "

"This place was awful. Truly flithy dirty disturbing! The keys didnt work so they had to open the door and leave ir cracked open for you. There was so much grease and grim and items under the bed and behind the nightstands. The tub looked like it may fall in. We left. There was no way i was staying there. It appears to be more of a long term stay for recovering addicts "

"Very clean room. Car was left and was not damaged. Cost cheaper than other places. Room was nice and clean and smelled good. Manager was very nice as were the drivers for the airport shuttle!"

"This hotel is extremely run down! We didn’t have hot water for our stay and we were told there was nothing the could do. No room change no money back nothing! Our key card never worked our phone never worked we paid for breakfast while booking then they tried to charge us again while eating. Terrible hotel!!"

"First thing is they are struck about the 3pm check in, charged me an extra $20 for early check in at about 115 pm. Went to the room and it had an Oder I can’t describe but hope to equate to a pest bomb or terrible cleaner. The towels all had stains of various colors. At any point in your visit if you want fresh towels you have to bring the dirty ones to the front desk for an even exchange. A renovation was attempted but with poor craftsmanship ( broken toilet lit, terrible transition from tile...

"From the moment we walked in we wanted to run no floors have been swept there was food on the steps (not on plates) the room wasn’t very clean bathroom was gross we went back to the desk to say we were going somewhere else the girl at the desk was fantastic (wish we got her name) she called ahead and got us into a sister property she went above and beyond it was a lot better the Ramada we realized that the 1st had few stars but we’ve never been disappointed in a wyndum hotel in the past "
