"Room was clean and staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and have the essentials. I literally didn’t have to worry about anything."

"The hotel advertises a hot tub. It was not working. When I asked the staff they said it is only a whirlpool that circulates water, it has never been a hot tub. The elevator was broken the entire weekend. I booked this hotel because I was in town running an ultra martial and wanted the hot tub to speed recovery. "The only thing nice was pet friendly. The room was disgusting. Looked liked poop smeared on the ceiling, blood stain splattered in the bathroom wall and by one of the beds. Food and sticky stuff in the end table drawers, toilet never flushed properly, the floor was black and sticky and walls had looked like dry boogers.
