"Walking in after a long day I was met with a clean lobby, a clean smell and wonderful staff. All of my questions were answered regarding things around the area and the hotel but he was so sweet. I will give a heads up, they are renovating!! Everything is nice and clean and new but there was a couple hiccups in the room that come with renovations and finding the kinks along the way. "Chose to stay here again after staying here earlier this year. Chose is over several other cheaper closer options and don’t regret it. Sam was amazing last time just being himself very kind and wholesome and making sure we had a truly quality stay at the hotel. This time as well same as last time. All the staff is wonderful but Sam’s customer service skills and kindness really truly shine. We plan to visit holiday world again next year and I wouldn’t even think about staying somewhere else.
