- We recommend that you make moderate use of hot water and therefore set the temperature of the balneotherapy with the mixer tap🚿to 35° C as recommended by the supplier at the risk of not being able to take full advantage of its options.

-🔕Out of respect for the neighbourhood 🤫, the bubbles and water jets of the balneotherapy automatically cut off at 11:00 pm and are reactivated at 8:15🕙 am Please IMPERATIVELY respect the maximum water level of the balneotherapy: the level is indicated with a line on the hull. 🏊🏼 ♂️

- The use of fats, oils (body, food, essential, etc.) or any product that may stain or damage bed linen is strictly prohibited.
Any stained or deteriorated linen will be charged.

-The Donuts 🍩 swing in the room supports a maximum weight of 110 kg.
-The living room hanging egg chair supports a maximum weight of 100 kg.

We inform you that the entrance to the apartment is placed under video surveillance for the well-being of the neighborhood.

Security and protection with Swikly:

Security deposit:

• To access the accommodation, a security deposit of €700 is required with an undebited bank imprint and no impact on your payment limit (with a security fee of 2.04% + €0.3 on the secured amount) via a link that will be sent to you after booking.

Traveler Protection:

• With Swikly, you have a reliable trusted third party between the owner and the traveler for a peaceful trip. In the event of a dispute, Swikly protects travelers by verifying the owner's requests for a safe travel experience.

Rules: are prohibited ⛔️:

- Noise pollution beyond 10:00 p.m.
- Smoking in the accommodation
- Wild parties
- Coming by a third party (other than travelers who have booked, 2 people maximum)
- Reservation for a third person
- Prostitution, sale/consumption of drugs...

Use of the internet connection:
The traveler undertakes to comply with the laws regarding downloading and consulting sites. In the event of a request from the competent authorities, we will transmit the contact details of the traveller who has benefited from the said connection.

The accommodation must be returned in a correct condition, the dishes clean, the bins taken out and the fridge emptied.

Any delay beyond your departure time (10am or noon depending on the option chosen) will be charged €15 per hour of delay to manage the reorganisation of the cleaning teams (a delay is automatically counted at from 15 minutes).

The accommodations are equipped with a sound level sensor located in the main room (living room-kitchen) (without recording,
or intrusion into your privacy).
In case of exceeding the sound threshold, I will be alerted and can intervene.

If any of the following rules or any unusual activity is observed, it will result in the retention of the deposit, or even the interruption of the stay.
