"I will admit when I first saw the property I was a little skeptical however it is a older property it's been around in Williamsburg forever. In this day and age if you're paying $90 for a room you really cannot expect much but at least a clean room and that is what this Howard Johnson provided. "Didn’t have any major issues. Everything went very smoothly. It was simple no extra crap that some of the hotels try to enforce. I will definitely visit again when I’m in the area."

"My husband and I stayed for the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was like a home away from home, since it had a kitchen, dining rm, living rm, bedroom, and a huge bathroom. We had a large balcony that was shaded and private. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool both days. Check in was easy and the staff was polite and helpful. Very Family friendly and a safe place to stay."

"My stay here was great! I was alone visiting my boyfriend, and it was easy for me to go pick him up and come back whenever I needed. The room was pretty clean, but it wasn't "perfection." There was some dust buildup and crumbs under the bed and behind the table. I only noticed because I dropped some things and saw it all when I went to retrieve my items. "The hotel is in a great area, staff were very quick and friendly with checking in. Driving was very easy for us to get to our destinations in a timely manner. You have hotels, shopping, dining, attractions and etc. very convenient for people new or visiting to the area. Only one small problem, we seen a few strands of hair but not enough to complain. I will definitely stay at this hotel again! Thank you for your service "

"Check in was quick! It was only a 1 night stay but my son snd i had a giod stay. Bed was comfortable. I liked the shower only complain was shampoo provided was empty but we made do! Breakfast was the normal fare but saved us having to eat out for all meals."
