"Hotel was fine but would not return due to highway noise. Also guest room doors do not have a gentle close so they make a very loud sound when a guest walks through their room and lets the door close, or rather slam behind them."

"We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the kitchen area had everything we needed during our stay. The property felt safe, relaxing, and well cared for. "The hotel was lovely and breakfast was fresh and delicious. Our room was super nice and comfortable. However, our checkin to the hotel was not a pleasant experience. We had to wait at the front desk for at least 10 minutes until a staff member showed up. There were others waiting to be checked in as well. She never apologized for the wait and was actually very curt and abrupt with all of us. At 9pm after a long day of travel this was definitely NOT what we were needing to deal with. We would...

"We had a wonderful stay during our weekend in Dallas. The hotel was clean, modern and very conveniently located. The pool and gym were great amenities. It was smart to have the shower knob near the entrance, so you don’t get hit with cold water. The bed was comfortable and room was spacious. We would recommend the hotel and look forward to staying again in the future. "

"The air conditioner (window shaker style) was so loud I had to sleep with a pillow over my head and my wife had to sleep with her noise canceling headphones on. Not a very relaxing stay!"
