"We stayed in the Villa for a week in July 2025. The location was perfect as it was minutes from the airport and steps from the beach. The villa was beautiful and as described. There is plenty to do or you can just relax. The villa had enough space for us and plenty of cooking and cleaning supplies. The washer and dryer was great to have. The beach was private and you use steps to get to it. The pool was also amazing. There is gym equipment by the pool and in the master. I would definitely...

"Is in a quiet neighborhood. Great location, walking distance to restaurant. Two bedroom three bathrooms the ambience is breathtaking fruit trees all around. Management was wonderful. They will communicate with you through WhatsApp within minutes."

"For us, this property was perfectly located & great for what we needed. Fast walk to a beach & wonderful beach restaurant, easy drives to other beaches & restaurants, beach equip, etc. property manager was so responsive & nice, as was the owner. We would stay there again. "

"This home was everything as described. Absolutely stunning views, beautiful layout of the home and the backyard around the pool. Plenty of area to be together or to have some space. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had the smaller items like a lime crusher that most places don't. Within walking distance of Maho and the Sunset Cafe to watch the planes land. I would definitely stay here again. Absolutely loved the home!"

"The accommodations were comfortable and had plenty of amenities. The view and morning Sunrise were spectacular and a highlight of the property! We enjoyed the family of Iguanas who frequented to rock ledges over the bay just past the deck and pool. The only downside to the place was that it was in need of some TLC and repair in some ways, but overall we were happy and felt that the location and comfort factor made the value very good for the money. "You know you are in the right place as soon as you enter the courtyard of the property. The view is absolutely breathtaking. We found it hard to leave for some of the fun activities we took part in. Always happy to return to this beautiful spot in the sun."

Outdoor grill worked great. We were able to park 3x small cars in the drive. Neighborhood is quiet and secure. Other reviews mention the airport noise but frankly we rarely heard anything over the sound of the waves on the beach!. No sargassum. Beach can be tricky to enter water but snorkeling is was nice. "The house was beautiful and location was perfect. It was a short walk to beaches, shops, restaurants, and a market. Communication with the property team and housekeeping was easy and they were all super friendly. 10/10 would recommend! "
