  • Aislado condominio frente al mar en la hermosa Mar Chiquita. Cuando se introduce el concepto abierto verá el comedor y sala de estar con TV con TV por cable, WiFi y
    increíbles vistas al mar decoradas tema náutico contemporáneo. Junto a la sala de comedor es el balcón con 2 sillas mecedoras y una mesa en el otro lado de una mesa alta con 2 sillas para que pueda disfrutar del desayuno o vino mientras contempla las vistas.
    Entrar en el pasillo que pasa a la cocina totalmente equipada y encontrará la habitación de invitados la cama, con una cama de golpe y una cama doble con un pop-up cama expansión con aire acondicionado .Across el pasillo es el invitado completo cuarto de baño. Al final del pasillo es el sitio dormitorio principal con una cama queen size, aire acondicionado, walk in closet y una sala de baño completo. Las comodidades incluyen toallas de baño, gel de ducha, champú, secador de pelo vapor, WiFi y TV por cable.
    Su terraza al aire libre tiene acceso directo a la playa. En la terraza se encuentra una zona de estar / comedor con una cocina de barbacoa y una ducha al aire libre con bellos mosaicos.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Lilly, the property manager, was very helpful including sending links to nearby stores and restaurants before our arrival. The complex was very quiet, and we enjoyed meeting the other guests staying in the other apartments. The beach location was so great. We would definitely stay again.

Hidden Gem in Puerto Rico

This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for tranquility and quiet. We enjoyed breakfast each morning on the balcony overlooking the ocean and and spending our afternoons on the golden sand beach. Definitely planning a trip back!

Absolutely beautiful

The property manager was respectful, kind and communicative. The property was clean, well taken care of, and spacious for our group of 5. We only had to take about a 3 minute walk to Playa Mar Chiquita, which was stunning and gorgeous. The location of the property was very convenient and the locals were all friendly. Overall, we had an amazing time and experience with the property, beach, and town.

This ocean front condo in Manati (Mar Chiquita) was very clean, comfortable, beautiful, peaceful and the host Linorma was amazing. The ocean view from your private balcony was beautiful.The condo had all amenities necessary along with your own private beach access. No complaints and will be back.

Bomb ass beach apt!!!

If you're looking for a beautiful beach view and relaxation this is the place for you. We were in peace listening to the sounds of waves. The apt. had everything we could possibly need. We were very pleased on how well the property manager communicated with us. We would definitely stay here again.

Great beach access condo

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 college age teens) stayed at this very nice condo in Manati, in northwestern part of Puerto Rico, just a short one minute walk to the beach. Terrific beach access. The condo has an ocean view and you can hear the ocean from the condo. The condo was vey clean, well-appointed kitchen, beds were comfortable, A/C worked very well. The host gave us some excellent recommendations about restaurants and grocery stories in the area. Definitely recommend this place. It is about an hour west of the airport and 90 minutes from El Yunque National Forest.

Things happen & so the bedrm tv stopped working. Owner on vacay too. However instructed maintenance crew to purchase a new tv. Overall very nice.

Family Rest and Retreat

This property lived up to and exceeded expectations. The property manager and assistant were fantastic. The location, readiness, cleanliness, comfort was amazing. I got excellent sleep. The bedrooms, bathrooms, patio and common areas were finely appointed. I traveled with an older senior over the age of 80 and she was able to get around, enjoy the property and relax and be as active as she chose to! I will be back! The waterfront patio was fun too. We made dinner via BBQ and ate outside. The patio was excellent. We were very sad to leave. A 10/10. Fantasic!

Wonderful home base for a week away!

Just what we wanted - very quiet & secure complex away from the busy areas. The only sounds were tropical birds and ocean waves. Lilly was an excellent and communicative host - be sure to take her recommendations on where to eat nearby. She made check-in and check-out very easy - texted us with simple instructions the day before arrival/departure. The rental itself had everything we needed - well appointed kitchen, laundry on site, comfortable bedrooms, updated bathrooms and beach towels/supplies. We enjoyed sipping our coffee & wine on the porch, swimming in the pool and walking on the beach. Would absolutely stay again!

A great vacation

Communication with Mrs. Rojas was top notch. The condo has everything you need. It was extremely clean with great air conditioning. The views are stunning. The beach across from the condo is beautiful but not for swimming. Luckily the most beautiful swimming beach is a few steps to the left. The currents are not a worry. It’s like a giant wave pool and we felt save. We had a great time. The people are very friendly.

Serene Beachfront Property

My mother and I stayed for seven days in this lovely unit and if we return to PR, would stay here again in an instant. It has a glorious view of palm trees and a sandy beach with particularly gorgeous sunrises. It is just a few minutes walk to Mar Chiquita, a charming beach favored by locals. It is safe, perfect for families with children, and has awesome kioskos with food and drinks. If you are looking for a place away from the chaos of San Juan, Manati is a non-touristy, quiet town. The condo is right down the road from a supermarcado and some delicious restaurants. The condo itself is clean, modern, and air conditioned. It is also well stocked with supplies. The beds were surprisingly soft and comfortable. I slept well every night. At the end of the week, I did not want to leave as it had become a home away from home.

PERFECT!!!

Overall booking and checking in was amazing. We had delayed flights but Margie kept communication open through the whole process. Arrived at night so couldn’t see the ocean but could hear the waves. First impression on the suit, AMAZING! Everything you need is there. We came during valentines and she had decor up and she also brought us some champagne ♥️. Beaches are beautiful at this location. Perfect!!

Margie is the best host. It was the birthday of two from our group and Margie received us with a happy birthday sign, cake and champagne! She also stayed to receive us late since our flights were delayed. The view of the ocean is perfect. The unit is very comfortable and clean. It has its own little patio across from the unit that leads to the beach. Adalberto, the manager, is very friendly too. Anything you need, both of them are ready to help. And, go eat at Costa Azul (not far from the apartment). Thanks Margie!!!

Seaside Apartments in Manati, PR.

We booked a 7 night stay at the Seaside Apartments in Manati, PR. Upon arrival, a representative was on site who provided us with the necessary keys during our stay. The condo was located in a gated community, which required an electronic gate key opener. The parking lot was safe, well lit, and had a security guard on patrol during the overnight hours. The interior of the property was magnificent. It was clean, had proper temperature controls, and it had modern fixtures/appliances. The host was available to answer any questions we had during our stay. The nights were very quiet and we had no issues during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property. Perfect Condo

We had a great time. The condo is right on the beach. Each unit has its own gated patio area with shower and grill leading to a semi-private shaded area, and then the beach. While not private, the beach might as well have been. There were very few people who used it. At both this beach and the more poplar, protected cove (Mar Chiquita Beach) to the left/west, there was a lot of coral at the water's edge so water shoes or Tevas are a must. About a 5 minute drive to the east is Los Tubos Beach, which is all sand and no coral, not at all crowded and like a post card. The condo is in excellent condition and well stocked, with very good A/C and internet. The property managers Lilly and her husband Alberto were always available by text message and spent a solid 15 minutes with us at check-in explaining all the amenities. The area is not at all touristy, we really felt like we were immersed in a foreign country. Everyone was super friendly and chilled out. We'd return to this condo in a heartbeat.
