"Even though i had booked a ground floor studio we were placed upstairs because the manager thought it would be better for a family! I had booked the ground floor as I have mobility issues! The stairs were made of stone & had worn to different shapes which I found very difficult. We complained & had some money returned but this did not help with problems with the stairs! "Kind staff. Very helpful with top tips and the location was great. On the last day it rained so we were allowed a later check out as we travelled with our young daughter. The team were kind enough to give a cover for our push chair also to ensure we did not soak in the way down to the bus station. Lovely place, historic and beautiful buildings. Can’t go wrong"

"It was a modern comfortable property. The pool was clean bright and inviting. The living accommodation had all those amenities that one would expect for a relaxing holiday. There is no washing machine and it would have been nice to have but it looks like this is common in Crete. The coffee machine in our room was not working and the shower was the only room that needed more attention. "The property is beautiful, loved the large windows that opened to the courtyard, beautiful courtyard and spiral staircase. However, the bathroom smelled like rotten eggs, sewage issues?? The breakfast was good , loved the honey comb display but food was often cold. "
