"Moldy wet room and linens. The rug was disgusting. The guest pool was closed on Saturday. This is a hassle and they won’t admit the property and service are subpar."

"Overall, the stay was pleasant, but there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The room could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and the water pressure in the shower was quite low. With a bit more attention to housekeeping and maintenance, the experience would be even better."

"The hotel was beautiful and in an area that is gated and quiet. The front desk staff are the rudest people I have ever met. Be prepared to be talked to like you’re dumb. The valet staff is amazing and courteous. Front desk needs tons of training. "

"Place was awesome-very old Florida vibe. Fantastic location and very tidy. Would have loved a fan option. The only reason 3 stars is our neighbors were obnoxiously drunk, so only a few hours of sleep. Had we not shared a common area, would have probably been fine. Will try staying again b/c place was super cozy-just bad neighbors."

"My stay was wonderful. Everything was excellent from the moment I arrived. Katherine at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming. She was very warm and genuine in her approach, and she truly made me feel at home. The room was excellent, very comfortable, and had a beautiful view of both the pool and the ocean. It made the stay even more special. The only thing I wish the hotel had is a restaurant on site. However, the good thing is that there is a great variety of restaurants nearby,...

"This hotel was conveniently located, but I was not at all pleased with the property. The hotel lacked cleanliness all around. I felt like it was below standard. The room that was assigned to is was not cleaned upon check-in and when I asked for another, that one wasn’t much better. We were only staying there one night, so we just stuck it out. I would not stay at this property again."

"It’s 2400 acres of a resort with a tram almost every 20 mins from several spots throughout. They keep you sorted in every weather and with any vibe from relaxing to sporty to good fun! "

"A lot of things were broken. The toilet was coming off its hinges. There was no towel rack on the back door. It was hanging off, all of the hardware seemed to be broken. There were crumbs on the floor and it hadn’t been swept or mopped. The floors were oily."

"Nice hotel, 15 min walking or 2 min driving of beach. Nice staff and amenities. Breakfast is okay, but they finish serving it at 9AM which it is bit earlier than many other hotels."

"The grounds are gorgeous. The entire building itself was a little difficult to navigate. When in the parking garage we had no clue where to go into the building at. Then there was no desk or anyone around to get directions from. We got there pretty late and then the code didn’t work to get in the room. We texted the number that you gave us and they were quick to get back to us so that was great. "
