Outstanding raised ranch home with vaulted ceilings, multi decks,
Sleeps 10, open floor plan, 4TV’s, washer, dryer, wine cooler, large French door refrigerator and X beverage refrigerator. Two bathrooms, 3 bedrooms on main level, 1 bedroom in loft with twin beds and 2 oversized sofas. Livingroom/ great room has walls of windows vaulted ceilings, two sofas one is a queen size pull out.
Enormous granite island seats 8+, gourmet kitchen with 5 burner gas range with convection/oven. Kitchen is stocked with electric skillet, blender, crockpot, 2 fondu pots, coffer pot, air-fryer, microwave.
Enjoy the 7 person Hot Tub after a long day at the beach.
Walk or bike to shopping, restaurants and the Happy Hour! Lower level court yard with grill & play area. There are many linen rental companies on the Island. If you need some linens there a few available for your use. If you do use them please WASH, DRY and put them AWAY in the linen cabinet. There are some beach towels, dish towels and place mats if you choice to use them. Please feel free to use any spices, condiments, soaps, paper products that you find. Please make sure you leave at least one for the next guest.

We had such a lovely stay at Marty's place! The location is great, a short drive or bike ride to everything and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house was spacious and we loved the back deck in the evenings. The beds were comfy and rooms had closet space and drawers to settle in for a few days. Marty was super helpful and a great communicator as well. We'd love to come back!

⸻Spectacular week at LBI! The location is perfect, and Marty was an amazing host—attentive and quick to help with anything we needed. The house worked well for our group of eight, but I’d say it’s most comfortable for six adults. For families with kids, it’s a great fit for eight.

Location to beach was great. Super easy to walk back and forth. Lots of living space to sit comfortably. Was able to easily cook - plenty of pots, utensils, dishes. Use of beach chairs and umbrella a nice bonus. We will rent again if we have the opportunity!

Big beautiful home with everything you need! Just bring your clothes. The cabinets were well stocked with everything and even plastic bags and tin foil. Close to beach and bay and several restaurants. The upstairs is a little warmer the rest of the house was cool.

Great place and location!

This house was perfect for my family vacation! The location was great.. walking distance to bay and beach. The house was beyond stocked with supplies. Would definitely stay here again!!

Recent stay

The positives were general location on the island, first floor was nice along with three bedrooms downstairs, kitchen, and hot tub were nice. The negative was the fourth room/loft which got hot and the beds were not comfortable. Also house is on Beach Blvd and if you aren’t used to road noise sleeping was something to get used too.

Another great week on LBI

The property was being cleaned when we arrived. The homeowners left an easy to follow instruction manual for everything and answered questions quickly. It is on the boulevard, but the traffic lights turn red at the same time and crossing is easy, if using the transportation gator know that they do not cross the boulevard so you have to meet them on the ocean side. The public access to the bay (bench for watching the sunset, not for launching a kayak) is great too and really is only two short blocks away. The house had everything we needed and was a perfect fit for us. Comfortable beds, beach vibes, the hot tub was nice for our younger adults to enjoy. We would return again. Bay village shopping area is 2 miles away and the Acme is close too.
