Located in the heart of Beach Haven Gardens

Lovely oceanside cottage, seven houses from beach. Clean and immaculate, entire house recently painted, new furniture and appliances. Central air conditioning throughout. 3 bedrooms with a spacious second floor living room + double trundle that can serve as a comfortable 4th bedroom. House can sleep up to 8 guests.

The first floor includes:
- A well stocked galley kitchen with new appliances, Keurig coffee maker and open dining area
- Open living room with HD Smart TV, WIFI and cable
- Bedroom #1: Master Bedroom with King bed and HD Smart TV
- Full bathroom
- The front room includes futon that can convert to a single twin bed


The second floor includes:
- Bedroom #2: Queen bed with Smart HDTV
- Bedroom #3: 2 Twin beds
- Full bathroom
- A spacious second living room with cable HDTV and entry to outdoor balcony with bay views and auto-retractable awning. The room contains a double trundle that can serve as a 4th bedroom

Backyard deck includes patio set with umbrella, a gas grill for those family barbeques, and an outdoor shower. The garage contains mini foosball, ping pong table, beach games, washer/dryer and a third 1/2 bathroom - a huge convenience, allowing guests to take a bathroom break from the beach without having to enter the main house. We will also provide 8 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach cart and boogie boards in the garage. The rental includes 6 beach badges. Just bring your own sheets/linens/towels.

Large private driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars. Ideal location for a short bike ride or leisurely stroll to Bay Village/Fantasy Island, arcades and water park - only a mile away. Easy walk to Wawa for essentials, Dockside Diner, Spray Beach Bagel and Grill, California Grill, Howard's Seafood and more all close by! Non-smoking, no pets.

Seasonal weekly rate (June 23-August 31) - $4200, 7 day minimum.
Off season (Sep-May) - rates vary, please refer to rates section or send us an inquiry

Great location and perfect house layout

The location of the house was perfect. So close to the beach and within walking distance to Bay Village. The layout of the house was ideal. The two living room areas allowed everyone to have space. (Teens in one area and adults in the other). Plenty of room to easily fit 3 cars in the driveway and the ping pong table in the garage was an added bonus. We had a great time!

Great week

Great beach house that is exactly as advertised. Plenty of space (more than a family of 4 needed), clean, on a quiet street in short walking distance to the beach. Upstairs is especially nice. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Perfect beach vacation rental property

We were 4 adults, 1 teen and 2 preteens, the house was comfortable for all to enjoy time together and privacy. The 2nd floor living room is a real bonus. The proximity to the beach, shopping and entertainment is perfect. Would highly recommend this property.

The way the rooms were located in the house allowed both privacy and togetherness. The 2nd living room upstairs was a great amenity. We appreciated the beach cart, and the overall serene interior. A good time was had by all.

Great beach house

The beach house was great! I loved that they supplied beach equipment (cart, chairs, umbrellas). The house itself was spacious. Great location to many restaurants and Fantasy Island. Close walk to the beach.

The Perfect Location

Had a great week at the house. Perfect distance to the beach and the bay (good place to fish) and within walking distance of bagels, places for dinner and ice cream. Nice amenities in the house as well like the chairs for the beach and the ping pong table. Kitchen appliances all brand new and wonderful. My favorite place to hang out - the upstairs balcony. Had an awesome week with family.

The property is as advertised and the location was perfect for our family. Plenty of space inside and out, having a third bathroom in garage was a plus. Communication with the owner was excellent - overall a great place to stay.

Lovely off season stay at the beach

A very comfortable house with many pluses. We easily slept 6 adults and 1 child. My only suggestion is that in one of the upstairs bedrooms there is an option to push the two twin beds together to make an additional queen bed. Also, I didn't read the contract well, make sure to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, napkins and garbagebags. Thanks for a lovely weekend.

Exactly what we needed

This was a lovely rental for a group of friends renting off season for a wedding in LBI/spray beach. It says it sleeps 8 and includes a tiny futon which i don’t think any of my guys friends could fit on. Fortunately there were multiple large couches and a sectional so our group of 8 was able to sleep comfortably. Only other thing was that the ceiling and subsequent ceiling fan in the kitchen was low so my 6 foot plus friends had to be very careful walking by because if they didn’t pay attention and the fan was on, they might have their head slashed by a moving ceiling fan. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing family beach house in the perfect location!

I can’t say enough good things about this house! It was clean, updated and spacious enough for our whole family (5 of us!). It was a 2 minute walk to the beach entrance, and close to so many great restaurants and attractions. I also really appreciate that beach badges were provided because not every owner does that. Sunsets and wine on the balcony in the evenings were our favorite! We can’t wait to visit again!

Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing week at Tom and Tatiana’s home. The layout of the house was perfect for our family - we especially loved the second living area upstairs. The backyard was a great place to hang out at night and the upstairs balcony was an added bonus. The location can’t be beat. Steps from the beach and a quick drive or longer walk to all of the restaurants, shops, fantasy island etc. Tom was very responsive to our questions and I can’t wait to go back next summer! Have already recommended this home to all of my friends!

Wonderful stay on LBI!

Lovely home in Beach Haven. Hosts were very accommodating. Great location and just a Block and half walk to the beach. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Best Feature - Being able to walk to the Beach

Although there was a mix up at check in, the owner was contacted and apologized for it. House is very cute and homey. We stayed with our 2 sons and their families, which included 3 grandchildren all under 3. Beach access was superb. Outside shower and deck were wonderful. Some of the beach umbrellas and beach caddy were in fair share but we appreciated that they were available as well as beach chairs. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots, knives and utensils. Overall it was a great vacation.
