Fantastic Vacation Home 75 feet from the Ocean with breath-taking ocean views from every room and from the huge wrap around decks. Major renovations completed including adding an elevator, a new and enlarged gourmet kitchen with all new high-end (Monagram) appliances, new outdoor grilling station with a 42' professional Lynx grill, completely remodeled bathrooms, handicapped friendly enhancements and much more!

Large, spacious (4,100 sq. ft.) home located in the exclusive Loveladies estate section of Long Beach Island. Six bedrooms including two masters with ensuite baths plus one queen and three twin bedrooms and two other full baths plus a powder room. All rooms are spacious and well furnished. No bunk beds, trundle beds or other such things space saving techniques. No one in our home will feel they got stuck with a small or dark bedroom on their vacation

Beautifully decorated and fully equipped for everything you will need for your vacation. Roof deck with panoramic views of the ocean and the bay. Also included is free wireless-high-speed internet access, a deluxe outside shower, a full-sized passenger elevator plus a dumb waiter, gas fireplace, screened-in porch and much more.

We do not allow weddings, proms or any other large parties. No smoking and no pets.

This is a beautiful home! We had a great stay and greatly appreciate the communication ahead of our stay, ease of check in, and a wonderfully clean home! The house has a great layout to enjoy the many ocean views. Highly recommend for a family vacation or getaway with friends!

Our multi-generation family has been coming to LBI for years, and this was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in. The home is spacious and comfortable, with excellent views of the ocean and several great outdoor spaces. The kitchen and entire house was extremely well stocked which made it easy for everyone to feel at home.The owner was very communicative, kind, and easy to work with, which made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.The location was great, just steps to the beach in a quiet, peaceful area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing family getaway.

Our 15th Annual Guys Weekend

We could not have been luckier to find this beautiful and spacious home just steps from the beach! Our previous booking on VRBO was rented right out from under us after weeks false promises and terrible communication by the owner I was dealing with, but thankfully Peter & Nancy came to the rescue. Great and friendly communication, extremely understanding and cooperative, and they went above and beyond to salvage what could have been a complete loss for us. In the end, the eight of us were all happy that we ended up staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to rent in the future. We all hope to be back now in future years!

Amazing Loveladies Vacation

Our family of eight adults and one child enjoyed an amazing vacation in this spacious Loveladies home. The house was built to accommodate a large group in many different rooms and on several different decks looking out at the ocean and the bay. We all did yoga as a group in the morning on the rooftop as well as viewed several gorgeous sunsets from there. Most of our meals were worked cooked at home in a kitchen fit for Top Chef. The large living room was perfect for game nights. We can't wait to come back next year!

Perfect getaway

My family (parents, siblings, aunt, uncle, cousins) were in town for a wedding and this house provided the perfect home base. It is a fantastic house to hang and the location was phenomenal. Loved the experience, we looked online to book next summer but already booked, our loss. Great place.

Lovely week at Loveladies Beach House.

Great beach house, beautiful kitchen/ outdoor deck grill, well stocked with appliances and dinnerware to feed a large group. Wonderful beach at your door. Close to many restaurants. The host was very nice and responded promptly to all my concerns. Of note, many of the bedrooms have twin beds rather than queen or full. Would definitely return.

Great LBI House

We rented this house for a three generation family vacation, and it was everything we’d hoped for - fabulous location only two minutes to the beach; in a great area of LBI; house was very comfortable and had fabulous outdoor space which we used regularly; etc. Couldn’t have been better.

Amazing home with great rooftop sunsets!

Beautiful decorated home with a very well stocked kitchen for entertaining. Perfect location just steps away from the beach. The beds/pillows/sofa's/chairs were very comfy with plenty of extra blankets throughout the house. The owner Peter couldn't have been nicer and responded promptly to our questions. Amazing decks with views of the sun sunset and ocean. Our group of 10 would highly recommend this house for your vacation stay!

An absolute gem!!

Lifelong friends stayed for MDW and this house is everything and more!! It's perfectly located a house from the beach with easy access to get onto the private beach. The rooftop and decks for sunset and sunrise was one of the best parts! The house has plenty of rooms and we felt right at home. Will definitely be back!!

Great place for a reunion

College reunion for a group of woman that had not seen each other in years. It was the perfect place with lots of bedrooms and places to gather and talk. I would guess it’s great for multiple families as well.

Great space, great views, great host.

It was a pleasure staying in this home. It was able to accommodate a large group of adults with plenty of space. The house was in tip top shape and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. The host is extremely responsive and accommodating. I look forward to coming back!

This is a very comfortable and lovely place!

Great location on a quiet lane. The owner was promptly responsive to any question we had or issue with the house. Very well stocked for a large house and more than enough pleasant places to hang-out. Our family has a great stay!

Favorite rental in 10 years

My sister and I rent a shore house every summer for a week with our kids since she lives out of state. We prefer large oceanfront homes, and this house was perfect. My favorite feature were the large decks and water views, absolutely incredible. I we’ve stayed in oceanfront homes that had longer walks to the beach than this house. The elevator was great for move in/move out, we used the dumb waiter for boxes of recycling. Plenty of parking, beds were comfortable, everything worked - honestly couldn’t find any faults with this property, a first. Would definitely rent again.

Peter's LBI beach home was the perfect setting for a milestone birthday celebration. The house is spacious, comfortable and designed for entertaining. I will note the house elevator, which enabled 2 grandmothers to join; it's a thoughtful touch for multi generational gatherings.
