Access the spacious, pristine and private beach. Lounge inside the spacious living room, dining room, kitchen area or outside on the middle-floor deck and listen to the surf. Open the door from the master bedroom and see the magnificent ocean views

Walk to the Loveladies Foundation and Art Center.


Privacy is provided by trees along three borders and there is ample parking for 5 vehicles.

Loved the beach access. Awesome master suite with deck ocean view. Comfortable dining space on the main deck each night, which is shaded by late afternoon/evening.

Vacation Rental

The location of this property was fabulous. Short and easy walk to the beach. Size of house was great. Disappointed by care of home. Kitchen was old with drawers and cabinets which would bit shut. Broken outer door. No working DVD player. Many outdoor chairs were torn and unusable. No clothesline. Hose not working well. Poor cable selection. No beach chairs provided. Garage refrigerator very moldy! Lack of towel racks in bathrooms. Chair cushions needed to be replaced. No umbrella for the table on the deck. We have rented on LBI many times before and for less money, and the houses were in better condition. We would not rent this house again.

Wonderful Beach House!

Great house. The deck was perfect for grilling and meals. It fit 8 adults easily for dinner. Literally a 1 minute walk to the beach. Practically a private beach. Close to shops and restaurants.

Great time in spite of "unloved home"

WE six senior citizens, friends from elementary school, enjoy being together wherever we might be, so nothing can dampen our spirits when we are together. The beautiful home in which we stayed made us sad because it seemed so unloved. It lacked a loving touch which would have included necessary repairs and tidying up. Pots pans were put away greasy and dirty. Closets were disheveled; the drip pans on the stove had the remnants of food from the last dozen tenants and needed replacing. The ground level floor had an unpleasant odor and had not been vacuumed. The main floor toilet rocked! The first day was spent cleaning, washing dishes, pots and pans, and sanitizing the living areas. It would take so little to bring this home up to the level that would welcome its guests more lovingly. Access to the beach was difficult for octogenarians! But, we still had a great time! Thank you!

First Timer Loveladies

House was large enough for 8 adults and 3 children 7,4 + 4 Plenty of room to move around. 3 bathrooms were a plus. Only draw back was the outside deck off the main level only had 1 exterior light. Not enough to cook, play cards or games. We had to be inside. Other than that it was perfect
