"There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing."

"The hotel is very clean and the reception area is welcoming and friendly. We arrived and were immediately greeted and the check in was a breeze. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room has a spacious working area and comfortable seating if you like to seat and watch some tv or listen to music while relaxing. Breakfast is a definite perk here. "I did not get a chance to stay. Was only there a few hours and honestly dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the property. The first room they gave us was unsecured and unlocked when we arrive so we got a different room and that room was not clean. Someone’s old sock lip balm and crumbs were all over the floor near the bed and under the chair. Then when the shower was turned on a baby roach scurried across the rod and behind a gap between the shower head and wall. Of course couldn’t stay there...
