Vacaciones en Bazaleti

An unforgettable family reunion thanks to exceptional service. I rarely write reviews, but our experience at the Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers was so extraordinary that I felt compelled to share it. I stayed here for 4 nights to reunite with my family after two months apart, and the hotel staff made this moment incredibly special for us. The front desk team was incredibly attentive and accommodating to our family needs, helping us upgrade to a beautiful suite as soon as it became available and ensuring my son's comfort throughout our stay. The breakfast was spectacular, with amazing variety and quality, and the views from the property are simply breathtaking. Also, the pool area is fantastic, perfect for relaxing. A solid 10/10 for the facilities, but most importantly, for their outstanding customer service. Thank you so much for everything! We will definitely be back.

We booked one of two rooms that had a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was dirty and couldn't be used. They moved us to another room at midnight, no assistance. The wifi did not reach our room and we needed to work, so we had to work from the restaurant downstairs during night hours. The breakfast was underwhelming. The service in the restaurant was not great. I checked in a few hours early and was charged for a half day even though the other room that was like ours was empty. I complained to Expedia and Expedia did not help.

Upon arriving, they could not find our reservation. Turns out they did not know where to look so that was odd and took some time. The Jacuzi is to be avoided if not fixed.
