"It’s completely open to the public. We were excited to use the pool however it was packed with non-guest. There was no towels, anywhere to lounge and it took a long time to get the servers attention for food/drinks. We wanted to get a late night bite and were told there’s no room service, only the 24/7 dinner. We walked down to the dinner and were told there was a 45min wait. "This hotel is showing its age and smelled "musty." It clearly used to be very nice but is showing the signs of it being a while since it was built. Overall, a decent place to stay at a reasonable price point. The airport shuttle is a great amenity and the onsite restaurants were very good."

"I really enjoyed my stay there, the staff was very friendly and check in process as well as check out process was quick easy. The room was very nice and I loved the city view. It was five minute walk away from Petco Park, and 15 minutes walk away from all the bars in downtown."

"Its a decent place, especially as we only stayed one night. I'm hesitant to even leave the review because I don't know if it was just our room or if they're all the same, but our issue was how hard the beds were and the pillows were horrible. They're short and thick so we both woke up with headaches and neck aches and I didn't sleep soundly throughout the night. Otherwise, its somewhat nice."

"This is a great airport hotel with easy access to the Liberty Station area of San Diego. We were just there overnight between flights, and we were able to walk back to the terminal."

"The only thing good about this hotel was the decent location. I can’t believe how much pain I was in trying to sleep in their bed. Pillows were horrible side of the mattress was sloping to the ground. Nothing was done about a dog being in the room next-door that barked the entire time because the people just left it there. For the price I think that they could put some new beds in decent pillows in the room."
