"The front desk is racist. He directly told us I don’t like your face, get out of here. He said that to me in front of my little kid. He asked us to get out of the hotel at 3am, and we even have a fully paid room for 2 nights. It’s a traumatic experience for my son. After I beg since it’s 3am and I have my little one with me, he gave us a room but the AC is not working at all. During our whole stay. I did ask them to change our room, but they refused. Worst ever."
