"The hotel appears to be fairly new, which was promising at first. However, when we entered our room, the floor wasn’t very clean, which was disappointing. Additionally, the staff didn’t come across as particularly friendly or welcoming. Overall, the experience didn’t quite meet expectations."

"I am disappointed that this hotel is even located in the suburbs of Lone Tree. It smells of cat urine. There are cats and dogs pretty much in every room. You can hear them and it smells of pets. There is hair everywhere from the pets. There's tons of dust in our room. Shower curtain with dirt on it, shower with hair in it. Old outdated appliances. "They are in the process of updating the rooms, but the work is super shoddy. there were pain splatter on the floor and sink. The areas with new paint were sloppy and unfinished. There was dirt, trash and debris in the hall and elevator. It was not cleaned while I was there. The biggest problem was with both doors in my room.
