It’s also a central location for visiting the D-Day beaches.<br><br>This property is managed by H’elo Conciergerie, a concierge service dedicated to meeting the needs of its guests.<br><br>You’ll enter the apartment through the living area, which features a large, fully equipped kitchen as well as a sitting area with a sofa, a TV, and a dining area.<br><br>The kitchen is fully equipped: <br>- Nespresso coffee maker<br>- Toaster<br>- Electric kettle<br>- Induction cooktop<br>- Dishwasher<br>- Oven<br>- Microwave<br>- Refrigerator/freezer<br><br>A dining table that seats 4 people.<br><br>You’ll then have access to a storage area with shelves, followed by two bedrooms. <br>In the first bedroom, you’ll find two single beds and a closet; in the second bedroom, there’s a 140-cm double bed and a closet.<br><br>In the bathroom, you’ll find a shower, a vanity unit, and a towel warmer.<br><br>You can park your car or motorcycle in a reserved spot under the porch at the entrance (secured by a gate).<br><br>Included: Wi-Fi, linens (towels, dish towels, bath mats, bed sheets). A welcome kit containing a roll of toilet paper, a sponge, and a trash bag will be waiting for you in the unit.
