"I selected this site due to the wonderful views and the proximity to New Bern. When I walked into the first room, it smelled so badly of mildew and old. The floors were not vacuumed, the bed linens were damp. Carpets old and stained. I asked for a different room due to the overwhelming smell of mildew. ..."
