3-day getaway

We absolutely love this cute little house on the water. The view and being on the water every morning is so amazing. We loved sitting outside every morning waking up and drinking our coffee. It was nice having access to the water and being able to take our boat out. Nearby there is also the beach and we would go and sit on the beach too. Bay St Louis had a lot of restaurants to choose from and we also got to go see Pass Christian as well. It was nice sightseeing that area. They have a lot to do there but not so crowded like Alabama and Florida.

Great place to stay!

Everything was great! It is also in a great location to fish from. The canals are deep enough for any size fishing boat. The only down side is the boat ramp isn’t great for boats bigger than maybe 22’.

Serene Stay in Bay St. Louis

We enjoyed our 3-night stay! I traveled with my husband, mother, and 2 young boys. The house is clean and has everything you could need and more! Even though our stay was during the summer- there is a lot of shade around the home to keep cool. We even used the crab traps and caught a few blue crabs. While staying here we visited the Hollywood Casino's buffet, Margaritaville, Buccaneer State Water Park, and the beach. We always enjoy visiting the MS Gulf Coast and staying at this waterfront property was a bonus! Thank you!!

Beautiful water view

If you love to crab and fish and just relax, this is a perfect spot to do that. Close to restaurants and the beach but away from hustle and bustle. Very clean and lots of amenities. A nice getaway with family for our 12 year anniversary.

Nice

Boat launch on property was main reason for choosing this house. Fishing was pretty awful inshore off the river but we did enjoy several boat rides to sightsee . Place was very very nice and perfectly clean although I wasn’t about to use the leftover soap bar! Lol. Upper back deck was awesome for morning coffees & evening drinks and bottom deck was very spacious with plenty seating. Wife wanted off from cooking so we putt putted to the beach restaurants which were all good. Overall we had a wonderful relaxing time in a very nice house in a great location.

Fishin with buddies

Rented this place with some buddies for a little fishing trip and it was great. The boat launch on site was nice. We had some bad weather come in and were able to pull the boat out. We just let it sit on the trailer and backed it right back in the next morning. No hauling it down the road. The house was clean and had everything you needed. You can tell they take pride in keeping it nice. The outside areas were my favorite part. The large deck up top and the covered lower part made hanging out on the weather days way better. You’re not stuck inside! Definitely will be back.

What a great place to relax!

We traveled to the Bay St. Louis area in mid-April-2023 for a three-day stay after some time on the beach in Pensacola. This place offered a wonderful change of atmosphere. For starters, Our host, Al, was very communicative from the start and ensured that our check-in process was seamless. The property was exactly as advertised and more! We had access to daily and nightly fishing right off the dock, campfires, cookouts, and space to relax. It offered convenient access to New Orleans (about a 45-minute drive), and was close to everything we possibly needed. The local grocery store is great and just up the road and the house is fully stocked and move-in ready. This place is a gem! If you're looking for a nice, quiet rental for some R&R and quality time with your people, THIS PLACE IS IT!

Cute little house

What a cute little house. Perfect for my family of 6. Had everything we needed to enjoy our week there. From fishing off the dock, to grilling steaks on the grill. Easy check in and a view really nice check in phone calls from our host. Will hopefully be back someday!

Perfectly awesome!

This property was even better than described in the listing! Exceptionally clean, convenient, comfortable, updated….thoughtful little touches everywhere to make you feel at home. The Seahorse is one of the best places we’ve found to enjoy a relaxing, refreshing getaway. We plan to return and highly recommend.

Impromptu Getaway!

Great location for us to launch our waverunners and was only about a 5 minute ride to the Jourdan River. The house was very clean and the property very well maintained. There's a huge deck, both covered and uncovered, and tons of space to gather under the house with many tables and chairs. We are looking forward to renting this house again in the future.

Beautiful and Peaceful

Wonderful property with all you need! Beautiful setting. Peaceful couple of days to read and reset. Took the kayak out a couple of times. Shopped at the local grocery. We had a wonderful time and highly recommended!

We loved this house! We had fun catching crabs in the traps and fishing. Such a peaceful place to stay. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and relaxing. The house is very clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property.

Short boat ride to the Jordan

We had a great time over 4th of July in BSL. The house is a perfect place to wind down after a day on the Jordan. The outdoor area is large with plenty of space for BBQing (gas grill) or just having morning coffee. The boat launch is convenient! Paddle boarding up and down the canals was peaceful. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Having a washer and dryer was definitely a plus! Fishing gear, chairs and outdoor games were nice to have available! Al was responsive to all of our questions. Great place to stay for a nice long weekend!
