Newly Renovated Luxury Beach House Ocean Bay Park

Our home features two Master Bedrooms with Queen size beds, and two additional bedrooms; sleeps 10. Perfect set up for two families. (Master & bedroom upstairs & Master & bedroom downstairs) Two full-size bathrooms. The spacious family room has an open floor plan attached to a newly installed kitchen with vaulted ceilings complete with GE Monogram refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, pantry, microwave, toaster, blender, & Keurig and a standard coffee maker. Hardwood floors recently refurbished. Interior/ exterior newly painted. All new beds/ mattress/ bedding. Keep the sand outside with the outdoor shower.

Located a few houses from the beach, the sun and sand are waiting. The spiral staircase to the second floor features grand windows and beautiful views.

The home has air conditioning/heating units in each room

Our house is located on the quiet side of town and perfect for families.

House has a large deck, great for families and entertaining. Ocean Beach is minutes away. We know that you will love spending your vacation in this house.

What amazing stay! We can't say enough good things about this house in Ocean Bay Park. Our group included four couples and an 18 month old, and there was more than enough space for all of us to be together or take some time apart. The living area is big, with seating for many in front of the tv. The kitchen is very well supplied and roomy enough for a few people to cook meals together. We were concerned about our VERY active toddler, but he had plenty of space to run around and the home was as childproof as you could expect for a vacation home. No issues there at all. Amarilis was even so kind as to provide a pack and play so we didn't have to bring something for him to sleep in. Bedrooms were comfy and cool, with AC that worked well.I think our favorite part of the house was the outside space. We grilled our dinners and ate most every meal on the deck. There is a table that seated us all comfortably and lights for when we stayed outside until after dark. Something that really makes the home extra special is how close it is to the beach. Being a short walk (only a block away) is heaven! Forgot something, no problem! And when you are done with the beach, there are plenty of water spigots for rinsing off, and of course, the outside shower.This was our second time staying at Amarilis's place, and it will be our go-to place for future Fire Island stays. If you are lucky enough to have it available for your dates, book it!

Wonderful!

Stayed here for a weekend wedding, loved the property. So close to town, only a few blocks from the ferry (5 minute walk) and maybe 15 minute walk to the market/Flynns. Clean and beautiful house, lots of light, great stay.

Great location for large group!

Loved this home! 9 of us stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and it was perfect. I had never been to Fire Island before and so happy our host was extremely helpful/informative. Would stay back here in a heartbeat !

A Bit of Heaven

14 Thompson Ave was the perfect home for our family vacation. The living room and kitchen area were large and comfortable and just right for hanging out together or finding a spot to do your own thing. The bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of room for our belongings. We loved the deck and spent a lot of time eating, drinking and just being together there. And the outdoor shower after an afternoon at the beach, amazing!

Great beach house

We all enjoyed the comfort and spaciousness of this Fire Island beach house. The location was great since it was one block off the beach and on the borderline of Seaview which made the walk to Ocean Beach a little shorter. The house was clean, light and airy which made sharing space very comfortable. The pots and pans could have used an upgrade but the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook. Beds were new and comfortable. Overall we enjoyed this house and would come back again!

Perfect Ocean Bay Park Rental

This was our second summer at this home. Everything was perfect. 2 families comfortably enjoyed a two week stay. The house has EVERYTHING you need. The owner is incredibly accommodating. The location is A+! Hoping we can make next summer our stay #3!

The Perfect Home!

We stayed at this lovely home to celebrate my friend's bachelorette party. There were 8 of us and we were all very comfortable in this spacious and gorgeous home. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked with essentials. Perfect for a group of 5-10 people and so close to the beach. Would highly recommend! Also, shout out to Amarilis, who was a wonderful and communicative host.

Great House for a Group!

The house is beautiful with plenty of room for a group of 10 adults. The open kitchen and living room were perfect for hanging out. The house is very close to a nice quiet beach and an easy walk from the ferry. Everything was very clean and looked even nicer than the pictures. Would highly recommend!

Girlz Annual Elementary School Friends

Our annual girlz weekend. Been friends since elementary, in our 50’s. We all love the beach. All from Long Island The home was a perfect fit, love the open kitchen living room area. Fabulous Beach House

Ideally located house between Seaview and Ocean Bay Park ferry docks. Just a short skip to the beach and conveniences of both towns. House was large enough to accommodate a large family gathering with comfy seating for all.

Perfect Beach House

Shared this house with my sister and her family, 10 in total. Size, location, and layout were perfect. Great house for socializing. Fantastic kitchen/livingroom layout off of main deck with additional seating. Proximity to the beach was perfect. House was clean, well stocked and extremely comfortable. Check in/check out was hassle free. Owner was very helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. We would absolutely stay here again! We've been renting on Fire Island for almost 10 years and this was definitely a top find!
