Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was quite unpleasant. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was distracted, chatting on the phone during check-in, which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming.
We were assigned a room in a hallway where the neighboring guests were extremely loud late into the night. Their behavior was inappropriate, and the noise level—specifically loud, explicit sounds—made both me and my stepdaughter very uncomfortable. While I understand this isn’t a luxury or specifically family-oriented hotel, basic decency and noise control should still be expected. I’m honestly surprised no one else complained, as the noise could be heard far down the hall.
When I brought this up to staff in the morning, they seemed indifferent and acted like they had no idea what had happened. Once again, they were on their phones and not paying attention, which added to my frustration.
Overall, I won’t be returning unless I have no other option. I can overlook the fact that this isn’t a high-end hotel, but I can’t overlook a lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and a disregard for guest comfort.
