3 burners on stoveDirty stoveKitchen drawers brokenDead bug on the floor of the back bedroomNo garbage can on Kitchen Toilet clogged up. Contacted owner, was supposed to stop by and fix but didnt happen-not enough towels. 5 towels for 6 people.-Advertised couch but no couch-normally would cook but stove didn't work-towels racks broken-no hot water handle-water dripping in bathroom hallway-no stopper in sink-dirty sheets on one bed-back yard had trash everywhere-bed post outside-outside garbage cans full. 1 was over full but was able to use other one to throw our stuff outDisappointed. This was more for a homie trip

The location was not so good. The toilet didn’t work in the master suite but he had someone come out immediately. Just was more like a place a group of guys can go to. The host was super nice and his staff he sent out. They are Latino. With a lil more upgrade and the host attitude, definitely can be better.

Worst VRBO experience ever!

Terrible neighborhood, washer, dryer, and stove non working. Toilets would not flush. Took 2 days to get internet password from owner. Table Service for 4 people in kitchen when we had booked for 7. 4 sets of towles, no kitchen towels. Pots and pans were nit fit to feed your dog out of. Backyard had ripped open bags of garbage strewn all over. 3 out of 6 dining chairs were unusable. My husband sat on one and it collapsed. towels.

Came down for the football game, the property was in good shape no complaints there. Owner was difficult to get a hold of, we sat outside the property waiting for a code to get in. Watched a delivery person drop off groceries to the door where we had booked and watched a guy come out and take them. Asked him he said he’d been staying for a few mo this at the property. Finally got a hold of the owner said he’d move us across the street for same price. Was a little nerve racking and frustrating after we drove 1000 miles but it is a very nice property (atleast the one we stayed in, couldn’t tell you about the one we booked)

Want stay here again.

We arrive at the property after check-in time. I had to call for door code. The place was not clean at all. Kitchen sink had dirty dishes, washer had items in it, tras on living room floor, beds was not made, yard was a mess, toilet wouldn't flush, bathroom sink was leaking. I would not recommend this place to stay at all. I communicated with the manager who agreed to partially refund for a day but never received any refund.

The neighborhood was not great, the property was minimal at best. There was no hand towels and not enough towels for the amount of people the property stated it held. There was no utensils in the house.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed

This was a terrible property. The pictures make it look decent, but it wasn’t even close. Starting with the neighborhood not being great but then the place itself had so many issues. The kitchen was not stocked with essentials. It was dated but also some of the drawers didn’t even open. Bottom of fridge was broken. There was a giant patch on the wall in the living room from who knows what. Ceiling fans were broken, ac wasn’t on when we got there and it was late so it was hot when we went to bed. Bathroom tiles had been painted and are now peeling. The bed description said 1 king and 3 queens but it was actually 1 king and 3 doubles so barely fit everyone. The king bed was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. One of the mattress covers had clearly had bed bugs at one point because it was disgusting with stains all on the edges. All of the furniture had been used well past its prime and was falling apart. It was terrible. We didn’t even stay the second night and the only reason we did 1 night was because we didn’t get in until midnight. Also, we were not given check in instructions until we asked for them and then waited 3 hours for a response. I know it was fairly inexpensive but with the 2 night minimum, it made it ridiculous for the quality of property.

Good for what we needed

The house was conveniently located across the street from where we stayed. The fenced yard was not useable because of the trash and broken glass. The condition of the house was good for the price. It could stand some more attention to detail, but then the price would be too high for the neighborhood. Good parking and roomy.

Not quite ready

The good was that the house was clean and the appliances that we used (refrigerator, washer, and drier) all worked well. The bed linens were clean and clean towels and bath cloths were supplied. We did need more towels than were supplied because our family members use multiple towels when bathing. Also, the house had no coffee maker. We didn’t cook at all; therefore, I don’t know what types of cooking supplies were provided. We didn’t like the neighborhood. It is actually a duplex in a neighborhood of duplexes. Multiple families live in each home around this house. The yards were mostly dirt (including this home) and were used as off-street parking. This house is being prepared for rental. However, it is not completed yet. There remain quite a few repairs still needed. I will not list them. The pictures show the best the house has to offer. I talked to the host once before arrival and he was very responsive. It was regarding how to get into the house.
