We enjoyed our time there. Quiet place. Sardis Lake is a few minutes away of a drive but it is a beautiful lake. You can rent boats at the Marina which we did and had a great time on the lake tubing. When we checked in, an upstairs fan was broken. We sent a message that was responded to and fixed in a timely fashion. Oxford is nearby to get food. Could be more hooks such as in the bathroom to hang towels but a minor inconvenience. This is a beautiful house and we had a restful time. Definitely worth the time and the price!

Great cabin off the beaten path and convenient to both Oxford and Batesville. Plenty of room inside and out. Wonderful wrap around porch! Short drive to Pat’s Bluff recreation area on Sardis Lake. We had everything we needed. One item to note is the stairs to the second floor are steep and narrow, so keep that in mind if mobility is an issue. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Hidden Gem!

This is a very charming property that we would not hesitate to stay at again! Our group has already asked if we can stay there again next year when we are in town for our event. Everyone loved how quaint and charming it was. If you are debating on staying here,....Book it!

The Air conditioning was excellent, the whole house was clean. Everything in the kitchen was essential for cooking. The T.V. programing was easy to operate. The outside charcoal grill was nice for cooking steaks. The parking was great for parking our boats and charging the batteries. The only con was the steep stairs but overall the accomodations were in order for what we needed.
