"Although there was a typhoon during our stay the staff was very friendly and attentive. When I first entered my room I noticed the toilet water wasn't working. The receptionist had it fixed immediately while we tried the mango grill restaurant. The food was of good proportion. The plating was attractive and the food was delicious. I would definitely book again next time."

"I've booked a room for for my wife. It's a new hotel that just opened December 2024.
- While not at a central location, the location is accessible if you have a car, you can get to at least where she needed to be.
- Hotel has dining and breakfast was included with the booking.
- Hotel staff are great. Approachable.

"The property is nice and very convenient if you need a place to stay in Bauan. It is not fully open yet and they are on their soft opening stage. Seems like the staff are still learning the ropes of hotel operations. Pool could get busy with all the conventions and team building activities. Friendly staff though and quick to address any concerns. Looking forward to when they are fully operational."

I stopped going to this hotel as the guy doesnt seem to care about the guests concern, in fact my car got scratches and he never bothered to investigate nor gave an update he'd always give you negative response and often times not responsive to queries. They also have better choice of food. Staff are friendly and linens are clean. Best of all its the only pet friendly resort in the area. We could have stay longer...

"Amazing experience overall. Great dive spot. Took two friends for PADI open water course - was a lifelong memory. The instructor is amazing. Facility isn’t the best, but not terrible. Not much to do around. But that’s the entire area anyways. All in all, worth it. "

"I liked the overall facility. I like that they have a gate they lock at night. room clean and had air conditioning. Pools were clean. None of the water slides were on. that is one of the main reasons for a non 5 star review. The cheaper rooms are not the one in the main picture either. That is fine cause it was the cheaper room. "

One server told us we can use one of the tables once the cleaned it as prior diners just left. But then another server came in and put a reserved sign on the table. There was no coordination among servers and I hear some other people comping on the wait to get food so we didn’t want to wait for a table and went somewhere else....
