Tucked between the sea and the hills, Båstad offers a beautiful mix of nature and culture, perfect for unwinding, enjoying the outdoors, and experiencing the best of the Swedish Riviera.



The apartment is nestled in a peaceful, family-friendly area of Båstad, surrounded by quiet homes, fresh new buildings, and lots of greenery. Here, you can enjoy slow morning walks or bike rides through the neighborhood, soaking up the calm and natural beauty. It’s ideal for anyone who wants to feel close to nature while staying in a comfortable, modern home. You’re just 5 minutes away by car from grocery stores and local conveniences, and only 12 minutes by car—or 20 minutes by bike—to Båstad Port, the cozy heart of the town.



Getting Around:

You can easily get around by car or bike, and free parking is available at the home. The area is also great for short walks. Public transportation is available, but the nearest bus stop is about 1.4 km away-a 20-minute walk from the home.

Please note that we don’t provide bath towels, so be sure to bring your own.



For the comfort of our guests and neighbors, a Minut noise monitoring device is installed in the living room/kitchen. The device only measures noise levels (decibels) and does not record or transmit audio or conversations.

If excessive noise is detected, we will contact you and kindly ask that the noise level be reduced. If the disturbance continues after a warning, a security company may be called to the property, and the guest will be responsible for the resulting call-out cost.
