Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate a forested setting near Yosemite National Park with quick access to the ski slopes, scenic hiking and biking trails, as well as swimming, kayaking, fishing, and boating on Bass Lake. Cruise to nearby Oakhurst for craft brews or a fun day of wine tasting.

Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the multi-level deck and your evenings grilling with your loved ones. Two large picnic tables offer abundant seating for dining alfresco.

This two-story vacation rental is a delight to return home to after a day spent exploring, offering central air-conditioning for ultimate comfort. Create crowd-pleasing recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances, then set the dining room table for a memorable vacation meal. Unwind and watch TV in the welcoming living area. A detached guest suite above the garage is included in the vacation rental and offers an extra sleeping area and a full bathroom. There's plenty of space for your crew to spread out - perfect for large groups or families traveling together.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

A boat slip is available for guest use at the Brier Dock Association.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Yosemite/Bass Lake Fun

Host was awesome to work with and the accommodations were very nice, clean just as it was stated in the VRBO information. It was about 30 minutes from the Yosemite South Hwy 41 and the weather was perfect for our 4 day stay. Plenty of room for 8 adults and we didn’t use all the bedrooms. One couple enjoyed the detached apt room. If we ever were to come back I would surely try to stay here again. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Large, clean and great location

We were ten family members. There was plenty of space around the dining room table for our meals and games each evening. Convenient to local activities. Large living room and comfortable beds. House was clean and inviting. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, lots of spices. The best we have seen so far. Thank you

Great property!

Our family of nine had an incredible time at this beautiful and spacious home. We had some issues with ants and it seemed most of the blankets had not been washed in awhile. Also the upstairs hallway bathroom shower did not work at all. But the easy walk to the dock and the back patio made up for those small issues. We loved exploring the Falls and the lake too. We would definitely come back.

Team Outing & Bonding

Our work team got together over the presidents weekend to bond and have fun together. We had three familes with kids ranging from 2 years to high school teenagers. We all enjoyed hiking the trails around bass lake as well as going up the Yosemite falls. The place is very cozy and accommodating. Tons of board games and books to read. Lots of spaces to get together and take a nap. The price was also very reasonable as well. Highly reommended!!

Solid Place

This is a nice place with a large outdoor deck in a forest setting. The interior is adequate; the only real complaint is that the floors throughout are filthy. Expect black feet, and if you wipe up a water spill, a black paper towel. Short walk to the lake with boat slip and access to a dock for diving from. Nearly all the shade trees are gone due to diseases, but there are tables and umbrellas set up to offset the loss.
