"This place was very beautiful. There was everything we needed. Check-in was no problem. Whatever we would need we had the possibility to tell and the owner would help us. With the car we could explore the surroundings very well. It ist about 20 Minutes from Bari and all the seightseeing places are close. So it is the perfect place to to visit all the beautiful places in Puglia. We can really recommend this Airbnb. "

"Un concepto un poco extraño, pero la habitación es más que suficiente y está limpia. Es un edificio en donde se nota que fueron fragmentados los departamentos por lo que el área del cuarto en sí es pequeña pero tiene un tipo de terraza techada que que a pesar de ser contigua, no continua la habitación. El baño está muy bien y moderno aunque la regadera no logramos cerrarla por completo y estuvo haciendo ruido toda la noche, seguro es cuestión de fijarse antes y preguntar cómo cerrarla bien. El...

"I have been in hotels all over the world and the staff at this hotel was incredible. They went over and above any need one might have. Great breakfasts. Great atmosphere and food. Good entertainment also. Staff at the desk was ready to fill any need. The only thing that was disappointing was the pool on the roof. But this hotel is beautiful and well located. Highly recommend. "By far the best experience we had on our two week trip across Europe! The host is super friendly and helpful - he not only stayed up late to let us in after our flight was delayed, but he even drove us around the city at night to look for food, translating the local dialect into Italian for us. The room and bathroom were great, and he was very generous with snacks and drinks and toiletries. Also his little dog is adorable and charming. Wonderful overall!"

The Palazzo Maurelli is a building with two comfy and spacious rooms and lift; very quiet and with terrace. "El hotel de primera impresión parece bastante bueno; pero la habitación deja mucho que desear, la cama y almohadas eran muy incómodas, la televisión era vieja por lo que no había posibilidad de conectarte a plataformas por S-Mart TV y los canales solo estaban en italiano, el único canal en inglés eran noticias. La habitación se sentía bastante caliente y al solicitar ayuda a recepción para revisar el aire acondicionado su respuesta fue “si tienen calor, abran la ventana”. El desayuno es bueno y la ubicación es cercana a la estación de tren, pero en general la habitación se sentía incómoda, creo le hace falta una renovada al hotel. "

"El colchón de pésima calidad, al igual que el sofá cama. No pusieron 4 toallas y éramos 4 personas, ni sábanas para todos. Mis hijos durmieron sin sábanas en el sofá cama. Nos comunicamos y quedaron en llevar tanto las sábanas y toallas que faltaban y no sucedió nunca. Las toallas y sábanas que habían eran de pésima calidad. Las toallas para bañarse además de malas de un tamaño mínimo. No corresponde el precio que se paga con la calidad del servicio. "
