This beautiful home has been designed to showcase unparalleled 360-degree views. The upper floor features the main living areas, a fully equipped kitchen and patios strategically placed to fully immerse you in the dramatic alpine vistas that surround you. There are four spacious bedrooms, luxurious bedding and other premium amenities.

Nestled just above the picturesque Ruedi Reservoir, a genuine mountain paradise awaits you. This custom log home is set amidst majestic pine trees, quaking aspens, and aromatic spruce, offering an array of remarkable outdoor living areas, captivating valley vistas, and abundant room for the entire family. Whether you are an outdoor enthusiast or seeking a quiet and relaxing time, this location has it all. Delight in the exceptional fly-fishing opportunities in the Gold Medal waters of the Frying Pan River or the 1000-acre reservoir. Alternatively, explore the endless hiking and biking trails in the White River National Forest, promising adventures and natural beauty at every turn.

The open living area is welcoming, featuring a grand central stone fireplace, high cathedral ceilings, and large windows that frame the stunning mountain views. A well-appointed kitchen, complete with modern luxury appliances, is ideal for preparing family meals, and the spacious main deck provides ample space for dining and socializing. The log bar top, artistic decor, and stained-glass accents add distinctive character to this home, making it a memorable and unique experience.

On the main level, a beautiful master bedroom awaits with a hand-carved king bed, vaulted ceilings, and a private deck boasting panoramic views. The ensuite bathroom offers a rejuvenating soaking tub and a separate shower, creating a tranquil escape after a day of activities. Upstairs, there's a private bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and an airy loft that overlooks the living area. Additionally, a plush queen bed in the loft accommodates extra guests for larger groups.

On the lower level, the family room serves as the entertainment space and
transforms into a cozy kids area at night, featuring 2 single beds hidden behind louvre doors, and a full bathroom. Additionally, two bedrooms with deck access offer guests their private retreats with charming tree-lined views.

It is ESSENTIAL that you print written instructions and arrive before dark due to the location of the cabin and lack of cell reception on the roads leading to the cabin. Due to the location of the cabin, there is very limited cell phone coverage, but there is satellite WiFi at the home that allows for cell connection. There are no landline phones.

Though this home does not have air conditioning, there are large floor fans for your comfort. Due to the location and elevation of the home, it generally stays cool and comfortable throughout the summer.

This home has recently been upgraded to high-speed satellite WiFi with Smart TV for streaming your favorite movies and shows.

The yard is not fully fenced on this property, so please exercise caution and ensure that children are supervised at all times.

Guest packages cannot be mailed to this home as they are routed to a parcel locker that only owners are able to access.

DURING WINTER MONTHS A 4WD OR ALL WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE IS A MUST, due to unpaved and steep mountain roads and potential for high level of snow. Chains may also be required if extreme winter conditions exist.

Animals are not permitted at this home due to the owners severe allergies.
