All Electric Dream House

This beautifully renovated, historic, downtown home is a perfect getaway for you and your family! Perfectly located on Cherokee Avenue , this property features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a full size kitchen, breakfast pantry, laundry room and a fireplace. This home was the first in Bartlesville to be all electric! Please check out the renovation collage and historical findings on the wall in the butler's pantry.

⭐️ Please take a look at our information notebook near the front door and let us know if you have any questions. We would appreciate the used towels in the shower and sheets left in the bedroom floor after your stay. (We clean the comforters on the bedding separately. Please do not mix them with the towels and sheets.) If you would like to do a load(s) of laundry during your stay, please feel free to let us know. We will show you where accommodations for that are located.
The garage is not accessible, however, you can park in front of it as well as the circle drive.

Please do not put a/c above 70° in the winter or below 70° in the summer.

We have a list of recommended restaurants in our notebook.

We loved this home! The pictures and details were accurate. The appliances all worked well. Home had many extra thoughtful items: coffee, creamers, spices, extra towels and toilet paper, couch blankets, games, coloring books, adequate table and chairs. Great location in Bartlesville. Highly recommend staying here!

We were 3 siblings visiting our mother who has recently moved into a retirement apartment. It was difficult to return to Bartlesville and no stay in our family home but this house was very well appointed and perfect setting for us to relax and enjoy time together. We enjoyed our stay. The house is nicely updated, very clean, had everything we needed, & we felt safe in the neighborhood. We will definitely book again. I really enjoyed the fireplace & beautiful wet bar area as well as drinking champagne out of the coup glasses. They provided kcups, creamer, & sugar but bring your own spices. The beds were amazing! Nice and firm but not hard.

The house has had a beautiful renovation and is very nice with a touch of history thrown in to boot. Communication with the host was excellent and he made sure we were satisfied with everything. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a vacation in this area.
