The cottage and neighborhood are terrific. The house is everything that is promised in the listing and exceeded our expectations. The fenced yard is lovely and driveway parking was a plus too. It was perfect for our 3 night stay and we hope to stay there again on our next visit to Barrington.

We were in RI for our kids baptism. We all enjoyed our stay. Our kids loved the playground at Latham Park which is just a few min walk. Mariana was wonderful and accommodating to our early check in request!

Extremely Well-maintained Home

First-timer using Vrbo, this cute home had every modern convenience in an older house. It has a great fully-fenced in back yard, perfect for our golden retriever. Since we have family in the area, we hope to make use of this property in the future.

Perfect Location

The house was pristine with all the amenities. We were less than a 5 min walk to an ocean view which had beautiful views. My family and I were able to enjoy great local restaurants and also enjoy a short ride away to newport, providence, bristol, narragansett, and a ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. It was truly an amazing trip and a perfect home away from home!

The house is in beautiful condition. The place is in good driving proximity to many major attractions - ~20 minutes to providence and ~45 minutes to Newport. The neighborhood is quiet, nice and safe. If you are prepared to drive to attractions and don’t need the ability to just walk outside and be entertained then this is a great place to stay with your family.

Beautiful

Loved the neighborhood for walking with our dog and there were parks and walking trails nearby. Also, the backyard space added to the experience. It was securely fenced in which made it easy for relaxing outside with our pet.The house was very clean and comfortable. I would have liked a second television on the first floor so our guests could have had the option to watch downstairs. Barrrington and the surrounding towns offer activities,shopping and restaurants. Lovely area, we will go back.

Slice of Heaven

This home was perfection for our stay. We were visiting our son and daughter in law who are currently living in Providence/Federal Hill. The house was so charming with a wonderful coastal flare. The renovation is beautiful and it lacked nothing. Fully stocked kitchen with every gadget and spice one might need. The beds were comfortable and we loved the layout which allowed ample room with 2 great living areas. The fenced backyard was enjoyed daily by our sons Goodledoodle. Nicely landscaped. Final highlight, the fire pit. We lucked out with amazing weather by day and cool evenings so the fires were enjoyed by all. Mariana, thank you again, for allowing us the use of your home. You made everything seamless. Your attention to detail and prompt response made this such a memorable week for our family.

I've been coming to se my family for 5 years and staying in various places for 3 weeks to a month. This cottage is my hands down favorite, and I'll be renting it again next year for my visit. It is only a block or so from the water, the neighborhood is quiet, and it's convenient to a grocery store and nice restaurants without having to drive longer than 15 minutes or so. It's clean as a whistle, very nicely updated, and has a beautiful outdoor area in the back to relax. I was very happy being there.

Very nice beach house!

We liked the house and it was very close to our family and activities. Very quiet neighborhood. The house was beautiful and very comfortable. Very close to groceries and downtown Barrington. We would definitely stay there again!
