"I love the historic charm of this hotel. Updates are done tastefully. Rooms are large and comfortable. Some of the furniture could use replacing, but there is a lot of work being done. Everyone we talked to on staff was professional, polite and helpful. Would definitely stay here again."

"The property was new and clean. It was convenient to where we were staying. The breakfast was very nice. We were sad that the pool was not open since that was one of the Considerations for choosing this hotel. We were in a room with a conjoining room. We could hear quite clearly everything that was being said in the other room. It's a good thing that they weren't having a party."

"What a surprise! So happy to stay here after our precious night’s boondoggle (Harmony Ridge Lodge). Lovely room with balcony overlooking the creek (creek covered in native plant growth). Nice walking path adjacent. Located down the road from historic district of Arroyo Grande fun shopping within walking distance. Happy hour in the lobby breakfast served in lobby as well. Great lobby staff. Glad we found this place. We will be back"

"Loved our one night stay. About a mile from Cal Poly SLO and downtown SLO. Employees were very nice and room was nothing fancy, but just what we needed. A bit bummed there was no fridge but I improvised with ice. Beds were comfy and place was quiet. Breakfast in the morning was cpffee, tea, oatmeal and pastries."

"We enjoyed the balcony; the room was a good size, the breakfast was well-stocked and clean, and the front desk was helpful. The hotel was conveniently located near downtown, restaurants, and the Cal Poly campus. We enjoyed our stay."

"Stayed for 1 night for graduation at SLO. Other than the price gouging for the event weekend, we found the room very nice, and the check-in staff friendly. Pillows are worthless though, and there is a lot of loud door slamming at all hours. Sheets and bathroom were acceptable, and the refrigerator worked fine."
