"Not suitable for a work trip, there is no desk or kitchenette table to work at. If it is for a vacation trip, it is ok, very clean."

"It's an historical building in a historic area, its not going to be a modern hotel. It looks old and feels old...stairs are steep and elevator shakes. But it is an awesome properry with lots of.character. ❤️. Thoughtful amenities and a very comfy bed. One thing... there is no hot water service in the kitchen or bathroom sinks. Shower is served by a inline heater. Not the hottest, but good enough. Views from balcony are priceless. Parking can be tricky if you're driving. "

"This property location is close to airport, old san juan, beaches and many more attractions. This place is definitely worth going back it felt like home away from home and mr manual is such a wonderful person he treated us like family. The house is clean and very comfortable i will recommend anyone to visit "

"The host always responded promptly. The check in was smooth. There was a pool but it had a little too many leaves in it we didnt use it. It was very spacious, decent location if you have a rental/transpo about 15 mins from most things (food, restaurants, beaches, stores etc). There is a rooster or 3 next door that woke us up around 430 - 5 every morning.It was 8 of us all family and it was more than enough room for su to be comfortable and relax."

"We had a very enjoyable vacation in Dorado. Grocery store & Walgreens nearby for daily shopping or other needs.3 beach options directly across from us. We brought our own coolers but there is a roll away cooler and 2 beach chairs and toys available.Restaurants nearby if you’d like to go out for lunch or dinner.Only difficulty we had was finding the property. It’s in a gated community and then the lockbox for the gate & property are on a light pole. We arrived at 10 PM which did not help our...

"This place was amazing for my family of 5. The host is always available and so friendly! The villa was stunning. So clean and with nice furniture. They had lots of beach towels and chairs and pool toys available too! It felt safe and homey. I would absolutely recommend for your family and we will be coming back! "

Melba was very responsive to all our needs - from helping us figure the driveway gate to hot water in the showers to providing us with lanterns and a charger when power unexpectedly went out all over the island. It was a great spot to access the beautiful local beaches and the five year old with us loved the pool!"

"Safe and quiet. Not in the tourist areas but no more than a 20 minute drive to most areas of San Juan."

"Nice house. Clean. Snorkeling gear was a plus! Nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Living room had very cozy couches. Great A/C. Cooled house quickly even when we turned A/C off when we were not at the house. Only 3 chairs for dining table. Beach chairs were broken. Very small beach towels. A/C unit in one bedroom leaked on floor. Emailed before trip with questions and didn't get email back. and emailed when checked out with A/C problem- no email back."
