Your lake getaway awaits at this newly renovated house at the mouth of the Gravois Arm. With three bedrooms featuring two queen beds and one king bed, there’s plenty of space for guests to relax. Two living rooms offer extra comfort that is perfect for families, each with a sofa bed to accommodate additional visitors. The house includes two large full bathrooms, making your stay soothing and convenient.

Located in one of the lake's most sought-after fishing coves, this property is a perfect retreat for anglers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. Enjoy excellent fishing right from the dock or nearby waters. A limited number of fishing poles are available for guest use, but you're encouraged to bring your own gear for the best experience.

Spend your days enjoying the water with the on-site swim accessories, including pool noodles and a lily pad available at the dock. Life jackets are also provided; however, guests are encouraged to bring their own, especially for children, as we may not have every size available.

Boaters are welcome to tie up to the dock for short-term use. Please note that boats longer than 30 feet cannot be accommodated. While the dock slips are primarily utilized by the owners, one slip may occasionally be available upon request. The slip measures approximately 10' x 26'.

EV-Friendly & Secure

For your convenience and peace of mind, our home features a dedicated on-site EV charger (bring your own cord) and exterior security cameras monitoring the driveway and entryways. There are absolutely no cameras inside the property.

Vehicle Access

Please note that access to the property includes steep, hilly lake roads and a driveway that may be challenging for some low-clearance vehicles. A vehicle that performs well on rougher or hilly terrain is recommended. Four-wheel drive can be helpful, especially during inclement weather, though it is not always required. For reference, we regularly access the property with a Tesla without issue.

Accessibility Notice

This property features multiple stairs and areas of low headroom on the stairways. Guests should exercise caution when navigating these areas. The home is not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for elderly guests or those with mobility challenges.
