Came to celebrate my partners birthday and the staff went absolutely above and beyond to make it extra special, it really put a smile on our faces and made the trip so much more memorable (in the best way!), we are so beyond grateful.

Ibis Styles Barnsley Hotel
Checked in on line as requested. Then checked in at the hotel. Was given a room on the 3rd floor. Went to the room only to find the room was not ready. Went back to reception and got another room however the extractor fan in the bathroom was not working. Went back to reception and got another room ...

Apartment 9
Do not stay here. Found hairs in beds, questionable stains on sheets, can’t explain the smell. Marks on walls, cracks in plaster that were more than hairline and damage everywhere. Needs refurbishing!

We never stayed in the apartment we had book as told this was already occupied. We was given apartment 11. This was fine but a lot of road noise.
