After booking, they responded with a bogus email link. I should have canceled right then, but I replied via Expedia message, and I emailed them using the email listed on their website twice. They replied by message that they need more information. I replied with the info they requested by message and email, and did not have time to check messages or email, as I was traveling the next day. Once I landed, I tried to contact the owner. No response. Showed up at the property and called (multiple times), texted (multiple times), and emailed the owner (multiple times) as there was no one onsite; they did not respond for 3 hours, so I had to book another hotel. After I checked in at the new hotel, they finally responded 2 hours later via message, saying that they had someone onsite and were waiting for us. Could not believe what I was reading. Don't waste your time booking with Mohouse.
