Isolated house in the town of Teiá, in the Maresme, a privileged area of the coastal area of Barcelona, just 20 minutes from the capital and 3 kilometers from the beach. 3 km from the Puerto Deportivo El MAsnou.
750m2 of land. 3 bedrooms with double beds, one of them with exceptional views of the sea and the mountains. 2 full bathrooms, American kitchen, 80m2 garden, 70m2 loft room, 30m2 porch with foosball, electronic dart board, fireplace, internet. Netflix, Spotify, Harman Kardon sound system. Small 3m2 pool. Unique and original decoration, made by the artist, owner of the house. Quiet and very relaxed place where you can rest in the mountains with exceptional views of the sea and the mountains. Pets Allowed. Special care is requested with the children since the house is full of unique objects.

Beautiful home

Loved this home. It was quite a hassle to get help getting inside, and I stood outside for over an hour in the heat waiting. Eventually, the owner sent a neighboring friend to help who was extremely nice. Home is beautiful to see, but if you don’t speak Spanish, communication will be very difficult (obviously this is not a complaint, you’re staying in Spain after all!) I’d come again if not travelling alone.

Pleasant Stay

My friends and I had a very pleasant stay. The house is super fun to explore and take photos of the intricate art. I did make the mistake of booking the stay when I saw it hosted 6 people and only clicked 4 on accident and the host was kind enough to let me pay for the additional guests. It was a lovely experience. My only surprise is that the host was staying at the villa on a lower level outside and I was not aware (it was not an issue at all). The house is very fun to explore and walk around and look so I am happy the host introduced themselves before I explored and wondered into the area they were staying. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone that wants to have a lovely experience and likes a beautiful view.

Creepy, spooky house

We left as almost as soon as we entered. First of all, the grass that is shown in the potosi isn’t grass at all. It’s fake carpet that in pictures, looks like grass. Then inside are these scary and obscene pieces that the owner calls art. It’s very personal, and for a narrow audience. One of them is a scary looking women with her legs spread wide open, with curly wires that resembles pubic hairs…what?!?!! Another is a large paint of a sad, crying baby. It was a horror show! I called the host/owner approximately 6-8 times, and she never answered or returned my call. We left and got a hotel. Oh, and it was so far away from the airport, the taxi cost us almost $100. Worst experience of all of my travels. I’m not trying to put anyone down. I am just telling the truth. I wish someone had told me, and I would have known that this was not for me.

We planned the perfect holiday. Unfortunately this is when the Corona Virus struck so we had to cut our Spain trip short. Nieves was the perfect hostess and her home in the mountains did not disappoint. I would not definately stay here again

Espectacular

Un lugar precioso con vistas geniales. La casa es impresionante y super original. Para disfrutar de momentos con familia, pareja o amigos. Nieves es muy amable y hace miy buena recepción! Quizas el acceso si no lo conoces es un poco complicado porque hay que subir algo de montanya, aunque las indicaciones que proporciona son muy claras y facilitan la llegada a la casa!

A very creative and fun home in the mountains near Barcelona. Miranda has created a wonderful home full of imagination. With a view of the ocean that is stunning, everything you need is in this house. We enjoyed our time tremendously. Hoping to return again in the future.

Loved our stay in Teià!!!

The house is absolutely spectacular. From the artistic decor encapsulating everything that makes Catalonia so great to the unparalleled views from every room (especially the bedroom) of the mountainside, the most quaint little town and of course the magnificent Mediterranean. If all that wasn’t enough, Miranda is a great host and fantastic artist. The house itself is an embodiment of her work and she let our eight year old girl (who’s an artist at heart) sculpt with her and even got to take a piece home. 20 minutes outside the heart of Barcelona while being completely secluded and away from it all. Perfect location for day trips through Costa Brava or just a day at the beach 10 minutes away. Can’t wait to come back next year!!!

The location and the view were amazing. The drive to the airport in the morning was really long. It took 2 hours. Would have been better if we had a later flight.

Best home I have ever stayed in!!

I absolutely loved staying at this home. The owner is such a nice lady. She really went far above and beyond to help us out in any way she could. Even through the communication barrier (she speaks Spanish, I speak English) we managed to chat some. I really love how she had house rules and other info on the computer screen on Google Translate. That helped so much. As for the house, it is absolutely stunning. The view is simply breathtaking. I loved waking up looking out onto the hills and sea from the bed. The art around the house is so fun and whimsical. I loved the shower, its so open and serene. Seriously, if I had more time, I could have just spent a few days at the house relaxing and enjoying all this home has to offer. The area is pretty nice. The beach/sea isn't far. The town has some cute restaurants. A grocery store isn't far. The kitchen in the home has everything you could ever need for cooking, so going to the store and getting some local ingredients is a great idea if you love cooking as much as I do. Hopefully I make it out to Spain again, and if I do, I hope to be able to stay at this home again.

Sehr schönes Haus in einer sehr guten Lage.

Es hat an nichts gefehlt und die Lage mit dem Ausblick hat mir jeden Tag ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert. Viel mehr ist aber zu erwähnen, dass der Umgang mit der Vermieterin reibungslos und unkompliziert war. Vielen Dank dafür.

Superbe maison, superbe lieu

La maison est grande, bien aménagée, pleine de fantaisie. Idéale pour des enfants. L'accueil de Miranda est très chaleureux. La situation à flanc de montagne avec vue sur la mer est extraordinaire, dans un beau village juste assez à l'écart de la ville, mais quand même tout près de Barcelone. On s'y rend facilement en train de banlieue. Pour atteindre la maison dans la montagne et pour se déplacer au village, je conseille tout de même d'avoir une voiture.

Breathtaking, beautiful home away from home!!

Amazing, creative and interesting decor, with stunning views of the mountains and ocean! We received a very warm welcome from the lovely host Miranda. We had everything we needed and felt very much at home. A real modern and chic setting, and there is always something new to find around the beautiful home.
