The management company demands city tax payment prior to providing check in instructions despite us showing proof of multiple attempts at paying by credit card while walking the Camino 😥. We had already paid for the apartment and the city tax was a nominal amount.
To be fair some of the team members were better at customer service than others who used more militant tone in thei communications for this city tax payment. Perhaps an opportunity for improving check in process and retraining team on customer service.
The location is very close to the Sagrada which is very convenient.
