When we arrived the caretaker opened the house for us. All shutters were closed and the house was incredibly dark and unwelcoming. It would be nice if before arrival the shutters were open as to be more welcoming. I understand the heat but even 5-10 mins to open the house so you don’t feel your walking into a dungeon. There was no “welcome” basket or info on how to navigate the house easily found. There were lightbulbs inside and outside that were out. The outside of the house is completely dark and not well lit making getting in at night VERY difficult. The house seemed tidy but not cleaned-dead flies in showers and high windows. Balconies hadn’t been swept or cleaned. The bedrooms and bathrooms are incredibly dated with torn sheets and bathroom tiles that look dirty but are just worn and there is a constant sewage smell on the main bathroom. The outside of this finca was beautiful. The grounds and gardens are perfect for enjoying yourself. Plenty of sitting areas and lounge chairs and the pool was perfect for enjoying the days. The ACs are only in the bedrooms so be aware. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could need with a large pantry space and laundry room. Overall the stay was good as we were mostly outside. The inside of the finca would benefit greatly from a refresh.

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Garten und traumhaftem Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer!

Das historische Anwesen ist wunderschön mit individuell gestalteten Räumen und geschmackvoller Einrichtung im mallorquinischen Stil. Der Garten ist aufwendig angelegt und gepflegt mit vielen Sitzplätzen und Orten zum Verweilen und Bestaunen der vielen verschiedenen blühenden Pflanzen. Von fast überall aus hat man eine phänomenale Aussicht auf das Meer. Highlights des Hauses waren außerdem der sehr schön angelegte Pool und die Terrasse, von der man jeden Abend unvergessliche Sonnenuntergänge über dem Meer erleben kann. Für die ganze Familie war dieses Haus während unseres Urlaubs ein wunderbarer Ort der Erholung und Entspannung!

Stunning

The views are absolutely stunning and Banyalbufar is a beautiful little gem with a small selection of very nice restaurants. Would definitely recommend hiring a car to explore the gorgeous beaches nearby. The villa offers plenty of space and areas to relax and enjoy the scenery. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have to say, Albrecht was at the end of the phone for us whenever we needed anything, as was Tony the housekeeper. Would recommend.

Summer in fantastic surroundings

Very nice house in fantastic surroundings. Very good pool, and the outdoor facilities was great. All sleeping rooms had air conditioning, and the kitchen was well equipped. The local village had the needed few restaurants and a little shop were the most basic could be purchased. All in all a very good experience for both our family and friends.

Lovely relaxing holiday

The property is beautiful and the views outstanding. We had a lovely peaceful time at the villa. It is a little off the beaten track but that’s what makes it special. You definitely need a car to explore the area.

Incredible Experience

We stayed here for ten nights in August with a family group made up of grandparents in their 70s, two adults and three children aged 8, 6 and 2. The villa was even better than the photos portrayed, the pool was great and the different outside seating areas provided amazing amounts of space. We especially enjoyed watching the sunset while sat on the terrace with dinner. The location was perfect for us as it’s peaceful and private but we were also able to enjoy the short walk into Banyalbufar for lunch/shops/dinner which took us around 10 mins. We hired a car which was definitely worth it for doing supermarket trips, visiting neighbouring villages and for a day trip to Port of Sóller. The villa is beautiful has a great kitchen with essentials for cooking. There is quite a sweeping driveway which our elderly parents struggled with a bit and the house is over three floors so there are a few steps to negotiate, but neither impacted on the quality of our experience. It really is a wonderful villa, one which we wished we could have stayed longer. We definitely hope to come back.

Sehr schönes Haus

Es ist wirklich sehr schönes Haus. Genau wie auch in anderen Bewertungen beschrieben sind. Man muss aber ganz streng aufpassen bei Wind!!!! Bei uns ist das Glasfenster leider kaputt gegangen. Die Scheiben sitzen auch nicht richtig fest im Rahmen. Deswegen unsere ganze Kaution war weg! Was wir ziemlich viel fanden. Deshalb ein Stern Abzug. Sonst war sehr schöne Aufenthalt.

Wunderschön gepflegtes Haus & Umgebung

Auch dieses Jahr waren wir wieder begeistert von der schönen Finca, der wunderschön gepflegten Umgebung. Es ein Ort wo man Ruhe findet und auch wenn man mit 7 Personen im Haus ist gibt es genügent Platz und 'Rückzugsorte' um die Stimmung aufzunehmen. Wir kommen wieder!

My family and I (3 generations) had a wonderful experience all round. The villa is beautiful and spacious and has the feel of a holiday home rather than just a “rental”. We enjoyed dining on the terrace with sunset and ocean views, and walking down to the village for dinner which caters very well to tourists without feeling “touristy” :) Between Albrecht the owner who was very accommodating and fast to respond to emails, and Tony the manager who was there to greet us, we felt looked after and could settle in smoothly. After 2 weeks we still didn’t want to leave! And we hope to come back to stay again.

A magical stay in a beautiful home

The pictures of this beautiful home do not do it justice...absolutely stunning! The tranquility is wonderful...never felt so relaxed however you are also a 4 minute walk from the wonderful village, with good restaurants and cafes...check out 1661, Bella Vista and the lovely small hotel two mins walk from the house , with a beautiful terrace for an evening drink. The home was wonderfully set up and everything you think you could possibly need whilst away is there. Would not hesitate to recommend this property as absolutely wonderful, with a friendly and very helpful owner.

Wir haben es genossen hier Urlaub zu machen!

Als wir ankamen konnten wir es kaum glauben was für ein wunderschönes Anwesen uns hier erwartet! Jedes Zimmer ist ganz individuell eingerichtet und im mallorquinischen Stil eingerichtet und erhalten. Sehr geschmackvoll und dezent. Die Lage und der Blick aufs Meer sind einfach umwerfend. Wir konnten gar nicht genug bekommen von den Sonnenuntergängen! Die Lage ist super geeignet um von hier aus Wanderungen auf dieser herrlichen Insel zu starten! Herzlichen Dank im Namen der gesamten Gruppe für unseren Aufenthalt in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Traum-Team Event in beeindruckender Top-Villa in super schöner Lage

Wir waren schock-verliebt, als wir dieses Haus betreten haben. Wunderbar ausgestattet, großzügige Räume, mega Charme des Gebäudes, der Terrassen und des Garten. Sogar den Abend in Palma haben wir schnell beendet, um nach "Hause" zu fahren und gemütlich gemeinsam diese Villa zu genießen. Wir hatten dort ein Strategie-Meeting mit einen Team von 6 Personen geplant. Durch die verschiedenen Räumlichkeiten, die großen Tische drinnen und draußen und die technische Ausstattung wie Beamer hat dies in der wunderbaren Atmosphäre, die dieses Haus versprüht aller bestens funktioniert. Übergabe und Abwicklung verlief einwandfrei. Jederzeit wieder!!! Dann vielleicht ein wenig später, wenn das Wetter mitspielt und wir den Pool auch genießen können! Herzlichen Dank an den Gastgeber, dass wir Ihr Haus für 3 Tage genießen durften.

Perfekt!

Tolle Lage, sensationeller Blick und ein einzigartig. liebevoll renoviertes Haus. Trotz kalten Temperaturen im Januar konnte man Barfuss auf geheizten Fliesen laufen. Wie muss das ganze wohl erst recht im Sommer sein :o) Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war unkompliziert und entspannt. Ich denke, ich war nicht das letzte Mal auf diesem Anwesen...
