Vintage condo located on the top 3rd floor (3 flights of steps - no elevator) , 2 Bedroom and 2 Bath unit with nice views. Unit is a little "dated" and "used" but clean and comfortable so enjoy our lower rates. We love our little escape and hope you will too. Fully equipped kitchen, wet bar, and wood burning fireplace. Dining area and eat-in counter with bar stools. Master bedroom has a King size bed and walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom has Twin over Full bunkbed. Also, there is a Queen size high-rise blowup mattress for additional sleeping. Laundry room w/full size washer and dryer. Both bathrooms have showers and tubs. Deck to relax and enjoy nature's beauty. There are books, board games, DVDs, dedicated Wi-Fi and TV for your enjoyment. Easy walk to the All-Seasons Center with indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, pool table, ping pong, fitness, mini golf, tennis/pickle ball, shuffleboard, grills, and more! Walk to Town events -Movies under the Stars, Street Dance, sled ridding hill, etc., Fred's General store and multiple restaurants. This is a SMOKE FREE unit. Each condo is individually owned. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

NOTE: Pinnacle Inn Resort condos do not have air conditioning as built, but average summer temperatures are high 74 and low 54 degrees. During snow and ice, it is required to have 4-wheel drive/AWD vehicle or snow chains for access to the Resort/Town of Beech Mountain.
