"It’s unique. It’s rare. It’s a beautifully done up caravan called ‘Frankie’ next to an historic church. The ambience of our visit was different … very different and yet for all of it’s surprises, it was cosy. For its uniqueness and difference, I will be back. Bernie K"

"Excellent place to stay in Launceston, spacious room with great amenities. Very comfortable bed and adequate cooking facilities. The entrance is a little bleak but the room was definitely worth the price."
