Ty Eurvad - Proche des plages

The Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this charming, traditional Belle-Iloise-style house in the village of Borlagadec, in the municipality of Bangor. Located less than a kilometre from the beach, it has a floor area of 100 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a shower room, and a garden of around 1,000 m². Bed linen and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with a TV, Wi-Fi, sofa and dining area.
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen featuring: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bathroom with shower; separate toilet at the far end of the bathroom.
- A second ‘summer’ bathroom with an external entrance, featuring a shower and toilet.
- A utility room at the far end of the garage.
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3: one double bed (140×190).

For even greater comfort: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A lovely plot of around 1,000 m² with a wooded, shaded garden area in front of the house, which is fenced off.
There is space to park cars in the partly fenced-off back garden (hedge currently being planted).
- A wooden terrace of approximately 18 m² at the front of the house, facing due south, with furniture to enjoy sunny days and sheltered from the prevailing winds by a low wall behind which hydrangeas grow.

The house is ideally situated in a very pleasant setting. You’ll be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…

Activities:
- Hiking along the 80 km of coastal footpaths.
- Explore the beaches, the wild coast, water sports at Grands Sables beach, surfing in Donnant, the life of Sarah Bernhardt, Bangor market, Sauzon harbour, the Vauban Citadel in Palais…(a short personalised guide is available in the accommodation).

Transport:
- You can park directly on the property’s grounds.
- Nearest station: the Palais ferry terminal, about 10 minutes’ drive or 20 minutes’ cycle away.
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, approximately 3 hours and 4 minutes by car.
To reach Belle-Île, you can take a ferry from the ports of Quiberon, Vannes and Lorient. You can book your ticket with the Océane ferry company.

Other notes:
- Bed linen and towels are included (excluding beach towels).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Free Wi-Fi is available.
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
- The garage cannot be used for parking.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
